After 30 years as a Buy to Let Landlord I have dealt with many Estate agents. Hearnes are simply the best. They understand what service means and how to get the job done. They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!!

Having just completed the sale on our property, I have to say that through this whole process & dealing with the housing market in this volatile market, Hearnes at Ringwood, have been absolutely incredible! We dealt with numerous agents and none of them even came close to offering the service that Hearnes did. We simply would not use anyone else. Sam & Jason were brilliant. Sam went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the chain was sorted and taken care of.

My partner and I have just exchanged on our first home together. Hearnes made the process seamless and easy. Angie who transitioned the whole sale was very easy to speak with and always on hand if I had any questions. A very easy transaction and completed on our home in 5 weeks! Highly recommended!

Although I don't have a much experience with agents outside London I'd say Hearnes must be one the best in the area - and that's from an EA sceptic. Anthony the MD guided our purchase through some very choppy water with fairness and patience. His timely and wise interventions kept things on track when they would otherwise have faultered. A job well done.
