25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dear Ivan & Sons Team, I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding Claire Wright, who has been supporting us with the purchase of our property at 24 School Close, Verwood. Quite simply, Claire has been exceptional throughout the entire process. What has been a particularly challenging and, at times, frustrating chain has required a huge amount of persistence and dedication—much of which Claire has taken on personally. While we, at the top of the chain, have responded promptly at every stage, Claire has worked tirelessly to chase solicitors further down the chain, often going above and beyond what would normally be expected. Her commitment to keeping things moving, her proactive communication, and her willingness to put in the extra hours have been instrumental in helping us work towards our intended completion date of 27th March. It’s very clear that without Claire’s determination and continued efforts, we would not be in the position we are today. Her professionalism, tenacity, and genuine care have made a real difference during what can otherwise be a very stressful experience. Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible experience. The viewing of a £1.5 million home in Burley was handled by a very inexperienced agent, which made the entire process feel awkward and unprofessional. The property itself also appeared significantly overpriced and had clearly been on the market for quite some time.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We had an offer accepted after 2 weeks of advertising and completed just under 8 weeks. A modernised and brilliant way of communicating and nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

He was friendly, approachable, and always accommodating when it came to arranging multiple viewings, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish—Justyn was very responsive and kept everything moving along smoothly and efficiently. His proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. We’d happily recommend Justyn to anyone looking to buy a property.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
