He worked closely with the seller, both solicitors and us! He even managed it that we could exchange & complete on the same day! I would highly recommend Dominic & Avenue Estates southbourne !

Josh was very calm and explained the procedures step by step, so well. He is one of the main person who helped and supported us in getting this house. We are really had a great experience with Josh. We strongly recommend hearnes.

9th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Not the first time we’ve utilised Irving’s services and won’t be the last - there was never any question we would go with them! From start to finish the process has been so stress free because Clare managed it all. She was super conscientious about who viewed our home, and found our perfect onwards purchase as soon as we were sale agreed. We couldn’t have asked for any more, thank you Clare!
9th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

30th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We chose Spencers because we liked their more engaging and less ‘hard sales’ but still highly professional approach. Also, when searching for the right agent, we were advised by many, that our property would likely be attractive to the London market. Spencer’s offered the benefits of a London office and this helped facilitate potential buyers looking to relocate. We found the marketing materials produced to accompany the sale of high quality and this was supported by their social media activity. Our selling journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Pretty stressful at times but we believe Spencer’s tenacity and less aggressive approach, have been contributory to reaching a positive conclusion in the end. We were fortunate enough to achieve within 3% of our guide price, which in the current housing market, we were more than happy with. Particularly thankful to Jack, for bearing with us and the difficult conversations he had to deal with. All of the Spencer’s team, agents and office personnel that we dealt with, we always found responsive and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Spencers again or recommend them. We wish them all the best for the future. Thank you guys!

9th Jan 2025 (17 days ago)The service we received from Tailor Made when selling our flat in Canford Cliffs was second to none. Jessica Boston was easily the best estate agent we have ever used. She was very professional and kept us informed at each step of the process. What we particularly liked was that she was actively involved in sorting out any issues right up to completion. Too many estate agents seem to lose interest once a sale has been agreed but Jessica made sure that completion took place to the deadline we set. Excellent !

12th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Big regret trying to sell my property through Palmer snell after giving them multiple chances. Incompetent staff and complete lack of communication. Viewings consisted of far too many no shows and 90% of the ones who did show “provided no feedback”. Lights were left on during viewings when we were away on several occasions which shows how little they care.. There is only one manager within the Boscombe branch, Daryl. So if he is away, there’s no one you can really speak to- which was confirmed to me over the phone. When we finally secured an offer, I was awaiting the memorandum of sale. Which I waited for for over 3 weeks. After phoning, calling etc, I was told after 3 weeks that the offer had been withdrawn. I do wonder how long they have known about this for… so, we set a week to secure a new buyer as quickly as possible. After which a viewer cancelled half an hour before the viewing… I asked to speak to Daryl, and was told he was not in the office for that week! Now, is this a lie also? I’ve asked the property to be delisted and I will use an estate agent who has time and truly cares. The property is still not delisted after over 2 days. Absolute chaos.. wish this review was positive but my experience was far from it. Stay away!

We brought our house in June 24 and Patrick was absolutely amazing throughout the progress. He would always checking in weekly with updates, would chase the other party if needed and answer any questions we had throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Meyers and if we were to sell our property further down the line they would 100% be our go to. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Anna & James

He really went the extra mile and made what was a somewhat tricky experience much more straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Justyn. He is in a different league compared to most estate agents.
26th Feb 2024 (10 mo. ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
