Everyone at Spencers kept mum and I up to date on everything, explained everything to us regarding the procedure. They couldn’t do enough for us. 17th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Sarah made buying our apartment from abroad easy - with swift responses / follow-ups and really helpful Information and links to guide us through the process of first time buying in the UK from abroad.- 6th May 2025 (7 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.
11th Dec 2025 (5 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Goadsby and found they were efficient, knowledgable and communicated well. We fell in love with the house on first viewing and had to wait a while until our property went up for sale. But Goadsby kept us well informed of the status of the house throughout. Alison helped us throughout and was very friendly but whenever we called any of the team in Verwood they were all very helpful.

I had a lot of questions and questions and they answered them quickly and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend Meyers to anyone thinking of selling their home.
12th Sep 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Lloyd Young Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everything was done with us in mind and not just getting the sale. We were kept informed of all and any developments and treated as if we were their only client. Very personable service from Lloyd and always very responsive to our many thoughts and ideas. After not moving for over 41 years Lloyd made this a relatively easy, pleasant experience. Lloyd also really made sure he knew all the details about our house so he could answer all questions put to him by any prospective buyers, which was not the same for several other estate agents in the area that we went to see properties with. So all in all a very positive and pleasant experience in something that is not always that easy to go through, and if want a more personal approach to selling your home, these are the guys to go with.

My partner and I have sold many houses in our time and what many people do not realise is that the real skill of an exceptional estate agent is behind the scenes, beyond the viewings. Dan has very good communication skills, people skills, and is very proactive and knowledgeable so able to sort through problems that may occur. He is willing to go that one step further that others aren’t and problem solve which was very much required in our conveyance which was like a roller coaster. If you are looking for an estate agent do not look anywhere else. Marks out of 10 = 11.

2nd Dec 2025 (14 days ago)Absolute 10/10 estate agent from start to finish. I highly recommend Stour Estate agents. Justyn was professional, efficient, and supportive throughout our selling process. He was understanding of our young family and always tried to accommodate for this when arranging viewings. We had some challenges in the buying of our next property and Justyn was beyond helpful despite it not being his sale Working with Justyn really felt like he had your absolute best interest at heart, he seemed trustworthy and genuinely wanted the best for our family. I’ve already reccomended Stour Estate Agents to my neighbour who has been equally impressed. An overall excellent estate agents that we will now only ever use!
26th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
9th Dec 2025 (7 days ago)In a difficult market paul kept us up to date weekly with rightmove views of our property. As well as managing to get appropriate viewings through the door. This is so much more than a previous agent. Once we got a buyer he kept things moving. Again with weekly updates and chasing solicitor responses to get everything over the line. He made a stressful process that much better. Would 100% use again.
