We arranged to view a property in Ringwood and met Quentin Thatcher at the house. He was very helpful as we looked around and answered our questions in a professional manner and knew the background to the property. He gave us the time we needed and having made an offer which the seller accepted he kept us informed at each stage of the process and kindly met our builder at the property on several occasions to allow him to quote for the work which we wanted done.
The final week or so of the process between the solicitors was difficult and Quentin showed great patience and skill in bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion.
We have no hesitation in recommending Fells as a very competent Estate Agents.

We recently purchased a property through Fells and were very glad we did.
An extremely professional and efficient service was provided by the whole team and in particular Guy Innes. Their communication was excellent, quick responses to any queries and always returned any missed calls.
Something that particularly stuck out were the photos of the property on the details, for once they actually matched the look and feel of the property, no photoshopped imagery or stretched images to make rooms look bigger etc. This was quite refreshing as all details from previous agents felt a little deceiving when it came to the photographs, which on most occasions could be very disappointing when viewing said properties.
We are not planning on moving for a while, but if we do decide to move again in the future I would have no hesitation to use Fells again, and would thoroughly recommend them as a property agent to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

Outstanding service from an outstanding company. The service we received from Fells has been 2nd to none! Our sale and onward purchase was anything but straightforward and Todd looked after everything going above and beyond what we would expect. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us even handling things that wouldn't normally have been part of their job.

Top of list : A DETACHED BUNGALOW. DOUBLE GARAGE. AMOUNT OF BEDROOMS NOT IMPORTANT. NOT OVERLOOKED. NICE GARDEN(S). NICE AREA. SHORT DISTANCE TO AMENITIES.
When you ask for a BUNGALOW you don't expect marketing literature to come through letterbox on flats, houses and properties with no double garage or a single !! That's what we were sent by MOST Estate Agents. They were certainly not listening.
My husband Martin & I were living in Colehill, Wimborne at the time having sold in April and were looking for a bungalow during the STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY. This in itself was taxing as everytime we wanted to view there were 20+ potential Buyers viewing same properties and all prepared to pay well over the asking price which a number of Estate Agents were encouraging - much to our shock but not surprising after all their commission based on Sale Price.
We decided to contact Property Companies/ Estate Agents out of our area - RINGWOOD, and look for a property in an area of which we were unaware, - St Leonards- part of which is in DORSET other parts such as St Ives we understood to be in HAMPSHIRE.
We spoke with Todd Gaston from Fells - New Forest based in n Ringwood. Unlike other Agents he concentrated on our requirements and listened. He came up with 2 in close proximity of one another. We viewed first. Missed out on that one. Second one was exactly what we wanted. Offer made and the rest is history. We moved in June 2021. Amazing choice. Looking back why did we not approach FELLS and move years ago.

After your initial viewing of the property, you saw and gave a valuation which exceeded my estimation, interestingly an offer came in very quickly, although this fell through for a genuine reason, another was received within days which we were happy to accept.
