Incredibly rude and unprofessional, turned up an hour late to the viewing with minimal apology despite numerous calls to mobile and landline numbers. When he eventually turned up he was wearing flip flops and he did not bother to show us around the house and instead just stood downstairs on his phone and told us to look around.... Read more

Really poor and unprofessional customer service... I placed 3 different offers on a house, didn’t hear back, had to chase up the final offer well over a week later.Had issues making appointments to view the property, ‘unnamed’ chap seemed bored and disinterested by my presence both on the phone and in person. Really would not recommend anyone to sell their property with this agent. Give your money to someone proactive and professional.... Read more
