8th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)Would like to thank Gary for his hard work. We got three different valuations for our property and Gary valued it the highest compared to the other two. He gave us the confidence that we could get what we wanted for our home, and if it wasn’t for Gary we might not have put our house up for sale, based on the other two companies. Our house sold after 24 hours of putting it up for sale. The other estate agents valued it 40k less. Our sale and purchase took a while to complete, which was no fault of Entwistle Green, but throughout this time Gary kept us updated throughout. We are now very happy in our new home. Cheers Gary! 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
