Lovely company to deal with. I've had bad experiences with estate agents but Garry, Sandra and Jen are all really genuine people. I bought a property through them and they made the process on their end super easy and very accommodating. Would recommend, and if I need to use an agent in the future I'll be choosing them.

Lovely people in Hebden Bridge office who actually know what they are doing unlike a lot of the other local agents. Most importantly they do it at a fair price. Selling or buying can be an anxious time but they go the extra mile to get the job done without too much stress. They are knowledgeable about their properties and about how to present it. Long may they thrive.

Sandra and Gary at hebden bridge were amazing when I was looking for a house . They were so kind ,honest and simply amazing and had great local knowledge and expertise house selling/buying Advise but still so personable and supportive with their helpfulness. I highly recommend them both . They are the people you want on your side .

Have sold 2 properties over the last couple of years with Garry and Sandra. First one sold in a weekend! the second was a larger more remote property which we thought could take years to sell, but no, 5 months!
The communication is fantastic and the service is superb. Great job guys!

Garry and Sandra go the extra mile to accomodate viewings for both vendors and prospective purchasers. They also follow the conveyancing progress with solicitors through to completion, rather than just handing over to them. They are very friendly and approachable.

Having previously worked in estate agency, I was very particular when it came to choosing an agent to help me sell my house. From the very start, Garry and Sandra were honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. Through no fault of their own, selling the house hasn’t been easy, but Garry and Sandra always persisted, found more viewers and managed to achieve asking price what ended up being multiple times! I am so pleased with the service they provided and really couldn’t recommend them enough. They work extremely hard and are fantastic at what they do. Above all they were always honest and completely trustworthy, I know they always had my interest at heart. Thank you so much guys!
