Dishonest, don't believe a word they say about what will be done in the property before purchase. Put it in the contract to make sure it get done. Con artists. New kitchen had a leaking tap. Only half of the bathroom was grouted, 4 tiles fell off within 1 week of moving in, all fence panels in garden to left and side are rotten and need replacing. Told us there was a counter offer when there wasn't. 3 month delay buying the house so if there actually was a counter offer they would of sold it to the other offer. House very over priced for poor condition it was in. Kitchen bathroom and garden were meant to all be re done before purchase but they lied about it. Dreadful communication. Very poor customer service. Do not use! Office workers grumpy and very rude!... Read more

Was a shame to deal with this agency for a house, we tried to put applications, but the agent was very unprofessional didn't gave us form. He did filled it for us,also didn't took any photocopy of our paper, didn't even look at them properly, than after week rang us to tell the house is to small for us. How can they decide that for us??? We know what we need! I don't recommended....... Read more
