Although a full asking price offer was made and accepted very quickly, as the agent said it would be, the sale itself proved more difficult than first imagined. Woodheads were however there for us throughout the whole process and constantly chasing up our buyers and their solicitors and keeping us informed along the way.

We were deeply disappointed and angry at the utterly inept way they mishandled our formally accepted offer on a cottage in Spring 2020. Throughout the entire process, their miscommunication and, at times wilful misinformation, were quite frankly, shambolic, ridiculous and negligent. They couldn't even get our mobile numbers or names right.
They promised to keep us informed of developments but failed to do so. Consequently, their lack of professionalism led to another offer being accepted, when we could easily have accepted a slightly lower offer on our house, in order to proceed. We didn't accept this low offer at first, because although it exceeded the asking price of the cottage, it arose from a first viewing, so we allowed further viewings to try and get the asking price. They would have known this, had they called, as promised.
In addition to various miscommunications, failures to return calls and general lack of accurate information, they also quite wilfully misled us with regard to English lockdown viewing rules, with which we were already familiar, having been briefed on them by our own (efficient) Estate Agent. Notwithstanding their dilatory responses, they were also extremely rude and arrogant when they did call back. Ms.Woodhead held forth in a pompous manner for a full two minutes, while I listened politely, but as soon as I began to speak to address her various points, she persisted in continually interrupting me in a rude and aggressive manner, until I was forced to ask her to allow me to complete at least one sentence. This showed unbelievably bad manners and a lack of professional courtesy.

After struggling finding somewhere to live even before the pandemic, Kate woodhead went quite literally the extra mile and helped us find the perfect place for 2. After we spoke to them, we were viewing the property the next day, and moved in roughly a week later. It felt very surreal just how fast and easy they made it, especially after speaking to other letting agencies in the area. Can't thank these enough and would recommend to anybody looking for a new home.

I was caused so much stress with this letting agency it was affecting my health. I understand Charlotte who gave Woodhead a rave review does freelance PR (say no more). A friend of mine had a very similar experience to mine when trying to rent through them - no action on taking up references, delays, poor communication and a lack of care. My daughter lives in London and the letting agencies organise lettings within three days. I waited getting on towards a month and then walked away to another letting agent who gave me the keys just a few days later. It cannot be right that potential tenants get treated like this and it costs landlords money too. Avoid Woodhead.

Oh dear oh dear! Started selling our property through them, what a shower! Unable to take instruction, poor photos and under valued our property by a long way. Gave up and went elsewhere.
Tried to rent a house through them, even worse! Kept us waiting for weeks with no progress, losing the landlord money in lost rent and causing us stress. Went else where at the eleventh hour because we had no confidence that we would not be homeless because of their incompetence. What a relief to be shot of them. Award-winning how??

No organization what so ever. Was renting a property and they couldn't even time inspections right, they ended up coming around weekly when it was supposed to be every few months. After i had left the property they didn't seem to have any idea about getting damage deposit back, had to keep ringing because they had no interest in helping at all.

Very bad customer service, unprofessional staff who don't respond back to e-mails or follow up .
i have contacted them last week enquiring about a property advertise on right move to rent in Sandringham Ave in Oswestey.
a friend of mine who live on Oswestry called and explained that we from South Africa and we coming to uk month end and we have the right visa to live and work in UK and we have no previouse rental or work eferences in Uk.
they said its fine we can send them references from South africa.
i e-mailed them last week on Wednesday all the document's 6 month bank statement, letter from my bank stating that i'm a valued client to the bank,letter from work,letter from my property agant stating we house owners in South Africa and we are good tenant with good tracking history, also send municiblity utility bills and their application.
they never responded to any e-mails ygat we sent or follow up at all.
i had to called internationally on Friday a to check on the progress of my application and i got told they were busy and they didn't have time to look on the application and usually it takes 5 days to respond!
my friend called again on Monday and they couldn't give a final answer on the outcome of our application.
He called again today they said application is rejected because the landlord have fears that we not a good tenants !since we not employed .
he offered to pay 6 month rental upfront but they said no however on their advertise it say property will go on lease of 6 month rental before it goes on long term!
by the way the property is owned by a family memeber who work in their office!
they didnt bother to email me or notify me of the out come ! i had to call them twice today and i get yold the agant was busy.
My friend told them about another property that they advertise in Smale rise and they said they have received enough applications and thry wouldn't need more people yo apply! howevet it's still advertise on right move till today
by the way i had emailed them 3 weeks ago enquiring about that property in smale rise and sent them my friend deatils but they never respond back to me till today.
when we asked to speak to the manager we get told manager is not available!
very bad customer service they never call the client or respond to your email we the one who call all time.
they have waisted my time they were supposed to tell us no since we explained our suitation from yhe begining as we coming to uk in 26th of April and we still need to look for a nother place.
