7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.
10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

They gave us excellent advice, represented us well and communicated well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Sophie took such great care of my wife and myself when we were house hunting in Wrexham. Especially with us not being from the area, she went above and beyond to give us insights and advice on the areas of town in which we were looking. And during the offer/sale process, even though she was representing the seller, we felt like she really had our interests as buyers at heart, as well. Super professional, but also engaging with us in a way that let us know she understood what a big step buying our first home was for us. She couldn't have been kinder, more supportive, or more helpful. And based on the little interaction we've had with other staff at Molyneux, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people, or to use them again ourselves if and when we're looking to sell our home, or purchase a new one. I really can't say enough great things about this company. I'd rate them even more than five stars if I was able.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. They made the whole process of selling my home so easy, and I felt very supported throughout the journey. I highley recommend using their services, if you are thinking of selling your home.

I own 3 rental properties that Fiona & the lettings team have managed for me for the last 16 years. They have always made it a pleasure to deal with and always selected the most suitable tenants that were available at the time. In 16 years the properties have always been rented out and never stood empty. They have always kept me informed of any minor works needed doing & organised the relevant trade to get the job done at a reasonable price. My Father has recently passed and was a part share owner in the properties so I had to get valuations for probate. I have never dealt with the sales side of the business before and was introduced to Alex Bebb. I cannot thank Alex enough as he was very understanding at this sad time and went about his business in a very professional and respectful manner. He liaised with my tenants and assured them that I was not thinking of selling the properties and sent me email and written valuations all within a few days. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, guidance and support as offered when needed. The staff were very professional, approachable and made what could have been a stressful process run smoothly.
24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

She was able to advise on creating a first class brochure which showed our house off perfectly. Throughout the process Lucy maintained regular contact with prompt responses when we raised questions. Lucy was on hand to either offer advice when showing potential buyers around or did them herself if we requested. Overall we were very pleased with the service we had from listing our property to sale/completion. Great team, very professional and really helpful, highly recommended. Gary and Shirley
