This is certainly the best letting agency, especially the team is fantastic. They are always just a call away. They made the entire moving in process, and then the whole period of two and a half years when we stayed in, and also the moving out process so convinent for us. Kate and the team is wonderful. I would reccomend them to everyone.

The best real estate agency. I was looking for a house really long time. After applying to this agency, I did not have to wait long for an invitation to viewing property. The process of checking references was probably the fastest in my life. Very nice experience because a few years ago I rented flat through this agency and my agent remembered me. I think it's the best real estate agency in Nottingham. This is the nicest service with which I have meet. I highly recommend you to use their services. I highly recommend the services of Janet Jones. They were the first and only letting agent that we dealt with while we lived in Nottingham, UK. As a landlord Janet Jones offer me an excellent service, promptly and politely dealing with a variety of issues from annual inspections to urgent repairs and quarterly inspections. They always go beyond with their customer service. They also have a good relationship with their tenants so they triangle a healthy relationship between the landlord and tenant. They have made being a landlord as smooth as can be.

Myself and partner have been tenants with Janet Jones for 3 years and they have been fantastic.
The small issues we have had (broken washing machine, toilet leak) were reported, and fixed within a few days.
The inspections were carried out regularly and any issues reported to be fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone, tenant or land lord, to use Janet Jones as an agency.

I would highly recommend Janet Jones to anyone seeking to have their property managed in a truly professional manner. Janet and her team are, in my opinion, without equal in letting and maintaining rental properties. All payments are prompt and, invoiced monthly. Any maintenance issues are quickly dealt with and in a cost effective manner. You may find cheaper services in Nottingham, but as in all walks of life you get what you pay for. The peace of mind of knowing JJ and her team are managing my property is priceless.

I had a bad experience of renting a property from Janet Jones. We had a water leak from next door one weekend which caused damage to the kitchen, no one bothered to check the property even when we reported the kitchen cupboards had started to go mouldy. We were advised to clean them with anti mould spray (we knew the problem was worse than a cleaning issue!). Eventually after many weeks of advising them there was a major problem, they came round to look. After 5 months of living with unsafe mouldy cupboards (which we could not use as all our food went mouldy) they got the insurance company round. We then had to live without half the kitchen and front room (as we had to store all the kitchen equipment in here) for over a month whilst it was replaced. We constantly had to chase Janet Jones for updates and I believe this would have taken much longer than it did (which was nearly a year from the water leak to having a working kitchen again) if we hadn't have kept on at them.
We also reported that the fence had fallen down and this was only repaired as we moved out, about 2 months after it came down (assuming because they knew it would be harder to rent out again with this issue).
Any issue out of normal office hours you are expected to sort and pay for yourself and then they will pay you back for. We paid for a locksmith as the lock on the front door broke and we were expected to wait for the money back till next month as they didn't have £70 available that month!!
The ladies in the office were also extremely rude when I was leaving the property even though I left it in a good condition.
