5 Star Quality Service, would highly recommend this group of professionals.

My experience of looking at letting a property that they were managing has put me off ever doing with business with them again. The property was half way through being repaired when we viewed, so as part of our contract I requested the list of outstanding work be included in a pre-contract agreement. I was told that as a "certified estate agent" they didn't have to put anything in writing and I should trust them to complete the work before we moved in. I would stay away from them if you're looking to let, they're amateur at best.

Avoid at all costs. "No doubt a pleasure to deal with if" you are a landlord but if you are a tenant you are a mere nuisance from which money must be extracted for just providing photocopied bits of paper. They are complete incompetents, unable to even provide tenants with the correct phone number for a landlord, if you ask them a question they will call you stupid. Just a quick peek from the street will show you their 'happy' sour faces. Use somebody else.

Jardine & Co are a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful staff with both a friendly and professional attitude.
