This is the second time we’ve used Chase to buy/sell our property - on both occasions we’ve been handled with care and professionalism. There is no pressure to buy or sell, but a wealth of expertise and knowledge when you’re ready, with a real interest in your needs. Sophie managed what might seem impossible during a pandemic - successful negotiation to bring a chain of four properties to exchange within three months of us finding/making an offer. She was on hand with advice throughout the process, and fair and balanced throughout, even when completion dates got tricky due to complications elsewhere in the chain. Their recommended solicitors are also a cut above. We will be using again, I’m sure.

I have been dealing with Chase for over 20 years. We have bought investment properties in St Margaret's and rented them through them and we have received great service. If we encounter a problem then it gets fixed quickly and we get access to senior management as and when required. Sophie Goodlace was our agent who has provided consistent and high level of support and professional service throughout the process

As first time buyers who had previous very poor experience with another estate agents (in which a property had fallen through) we felt very anxious entering the process again. The previous estate agency had treated us as numbers and were forceful, deceitful and anxiety inducing to work with.

Safe to say the experience through CB has been the opposite. From the outset Sophie’s direct, transparent, clear and efficient approach helped immediately ease our worry and has provided us with the much needed confidence in the process. We have felt trust in her and overall our understanding of the process has hugely increased.

Sophie has been able to assist with our queries when no one else has been able to including our own legal representatives etc. Very impressed and thankful for this experience and professionalism.

We are now in our new St Margarets flat just in time for the arrival of our baby, something that we didn’t think would be possible.

No hesitation at all in recommending Chase Buchanan and Sophie Goodlace for anyone looking to buy.
