Really poor attitude. I called on Tuesday morning at 9:22 and booked a viewing that was verbally confirmed for Thursday morning. I received no confirmation of the appointment so called Thursday Morning (today) at 9:10 and spoke to a lady. She said nothing was in the book. She then said I can't of spoke to anyone as they aren't available at 9:20 despite literally speaking to her at 9:10 ????. Work that one out. Then went on to tell me I must have spoke to a VM machine, insinuating I am completely stupid. It's a shame as the property looked promising but how can you deal with such incompetence and rudeness. I did end up hanging up in the end as instead of just offering a new appointment she continued to stubbornly express how I must be wrong and how I mustn't of spoke to anyone or booked a call. Genuinely never had such a nonsense call in my life. All the best to people selling with these, because if that's how they do sales you will be waiting a long time to sell anything with their poor attitude.

Useless tried contacting re a rental and it was like talking to a 5 year old They dont answer questions and dont answer phone calls, gave up in the end as i didn't have the time nor patience Why are most agents hard work in the rental market. If you knew i were ringing why not just answer the phone Your opening times need updating as you have just contradicted yourself via email and you have not rang my phone nor answered the original question sent through right move I asked you a series of questions first regardless of the landlord wants.You have made no attempt to call me back today my phone has had full signal and been in my hands near on all day Do you even have the correct number? If you do the get your phones checked.

Jo and Michael handled the sale of my late Uncle's property . They were absolutely AMAZING . I don't live locally - so managing a sale can be tricky combined with a bereavement -they have managed EVERYTHING for me in an incredibly professional way , constantly keeping me updated , giving me advice and gave my family exceptional support at a very stressful and emotional time . They have a wealth of experience which shines through in ALL areas of their working and are incredibly trustworthy . JH Sales and Lettings have been managing my property portfolio for nearly 20 years, for the most part whilst I was living abroad. Both Johanne and Michael are totally professional and always available to sort out every problem that arises, big or small .
They totally look after my houses and also my tenants and go out of their way to get things fixed quickly. For example, they have all the contacts with the trades to ensure that broken boilers in the middle of winter get sorted straight away. There is no one else in the area who has the same level of knowledge and expertise in managing rental properties. With all the constant changes in legislation required to let properties, there is no one else I would trust with mine.

Selling my home at a very difficult stressful time after divorce was handled amazingly by Jo and Michael.
They fully understood the situation and did their upmost to ensure the sale of the family home went as smoothly as possible whilst treating me with dignity, respect and professionalism.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with these amazing people again in the future and can't thank them enough for all they have done to help me and my young son.

Recently purchased a property through JH and I could not speak highly enough of the service Johanne Michael and the team provided. They were absolutely amazing in keeping me updated ( often quicker than my solicitor did at times ) and whenever their was an issue they were there chasing them up and helping to resolve them. Never have I had when moving house in the past the marvellous care and attention I received from JH . Thank you and would not hesitate in recommending and using you again .

We have recently sold a property with JH. Right from the outset, we were impressed with their positivity. Our property was marketed within a couple of days and we were receiving offers within a week. As a professional mortgage broker, I could sense they were not only engaged in obtaining an agreed offer, but were also looking to achieve the full asking price. They tied up an offer for the asking price within days. Right from the off - their communication was excellent and we were aware they were working hard in the background to progress the sale. They were always on hand to deal with any queries. The sales process had it's moments, valuation issues (reports required) some of which were gratefully managed by JH and a couple which we managed via our Management Company. The legal process was frustrating (I must add that this was the fault of our solicitor's) however Jo and Michael kept good communication links with our purchaser and their solicitors - the result being we all got there in the end. I have worked with many estate agents over the years (arranging mortgages for them) and would not hesitate in recommending their services to potential vendors and landlords.
