9th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

Had a few obstacles along the way (usual with solicitors / buyer questions), but navigated through all of this keeping us informed throughout and working really closely with our solicitors and buyers to complete the sale. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again ??????

Ella Walmsley from the sale progression team was exemplary throughout. Her communication from the beginning was outstanding and she had our best interests at every turn. Things did get quite stressful towards the end as they do in a house sale however Ella handled the process beautifully and kept everything moving through the chain. Her approach was professional yet friendly and empathic. Thoroughly recommended, thank you Keenans

They were with us every step of the way always keeping us updated from the very beginning! The referencing process was a breeze! We are so excited to move into our new home with our little toddler. Definitely recommend them!!!

28th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)My wife and I have relied on Eafield and Maple for many years as Letting Agents for two of our properties in Blackburn and Darwen. We have always been thoroughly delighted with the service that we have received from Libby and Paul. As such, we had no hesitation in asking them to act as Estate Agents for the sale of a flat in Blackburn. Thanks to their efforts and initiative, the flat was sold subject to contract within a couple of days and they handled the subsequent sale procedures superbly. The sale of the property is now complete. They were both very prompt in responding to our queries and were unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Libby and Paul of Eafield and Maple and we will certainly continue to use them in the future as required.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
