They've taken over management of my property in a straightforward and stress-free manner. I wish I'd found them sooner!! Communication has been prompt and efficient throughout, and they’ve done a great job liaising with my tenant. 4th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. When they reached out to us we knew straight away the customer service we would be getting would be unbeatable, made us feel like we was the only customers they was dealing with even though we know how popular they are amongst the property market! Molly was a great help, and very approachable with any questions and queries we had, the vast amount of properties they also have in there portfolio was amazing, and even better so as we have found our next property through them as well, keeping everything with the same estate agents makes moving house so much easier and simpler!
