Having worked with many other estate agents previously, Wainwrights marketing is one step ahead of the others.
Really professional and attentive service. Exceptional attention to detail with the photography and marketing. Nothing too much trouble for the team.

The whole team at Wainwrights could not have been more helpful and supportive when it came to selling my house.
Kelly ensured that the house was photographed beautifully and she conducted all of the viewings on my behalf.
Irene was excellent at negotiating with potential buyers and dealing with any questions or concerns that arose. The house sold quickly for a very fair price and the sale completed without any issues despite the challenging market and rising interest rates.
I would highly recommend this company, they work extremely hard and are very professional but they also manage to be friendly and caring.

All the staff at wainwrights could not do enough for us. Kelly is amazing at having your property looking the best it can look on the day of your photographs. (You have to then keep it that way haha ) she knows all the knowledge for buying and selling. Our viewings came in thick and fast and we soon got an offer. The team even helped look at the houses I had found. Abbie helped from start to finish, and pushed the solicitors at the later stages of the selling and buying to all come together with some extra push from me also. I can not fault the whole team. It was a pleasure doing business with them. And would recommend Wainwrights everytime. Approachable. And kind. Nothing too much trouble for any of the team.

Following my parents’ passing within 3 months of each other I was responsible for selling their home. It was an extremely emotional time for me and very daunting.
