Fantastic service yet again from the team at JonSimon. Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. Terrible. They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.

I have never had dealings with Jon Simon. I am purely posting here in the hope that I can help this business. Have you ever actually tried to use your website to search a property or properties? It is a million miles away from where it needs to be! Hopefully you care enough to read your Google reviews and take this on board.

Bought our first house with JonSimon back in July 2022 and we would definitely recommend them. Frankie was so productive and would provide us with updates all the time. We were first time buyers and our seller had a chain but it only took 4 months to complete which was impressive. Thanks again for everyting!

I feel the need to post this now. In 2016 we looked at a house in Hawkshaw, which was for sale by the above. We put ours on the market with them to make things" easier" .Our house " sold" within 24 hrs and the offer was accepted on the Hawkshaw one. Then we were told there was a " problem" with the mortgage from our buyers, and therefore they would have to let others see the Hawkshaw house. We were then told the next day that cash buyers had bought the Hawkshaw one, and yet the mortgage " problem " was rectified in 24hrs So, we lost the house in Hawkshaw, and we took our house off the market. Disgraceful unprofessional behaviour. Moving on a few years , as cash buyers we recently viewed a
property with them, we were not asked for feedback, our opinion or anything. So that house is now sold. Where were the opportunities? Avoid !!!

Over promised and under delivered. Communication was shocking through out. To top it all off on completion day when it was all going wrong with the solicitors (in my solicitors words "the worst case she had seen in 33 years) this agent sent me an email threatening legal action over thier payment which I wasn't paying out of the proceeds. I had planned to settle it from seperare monies for personal reasons, this email really wasn't needed and the timing of it was appalling!
If I had any fight left in me I wouldn't pay the bill at all!

I have been using Jon Simon for many years now for my rental Portfolio. They have always been great at finding quality tenants and just as importantly responding quickly to any issues they have and getting them resolved. I would highly reccomend them

Recently bought a house through the JonSimon Ramsbottom branch. I viewed numerous properties with them and they were more than happy to show me round them one after another. Once I had made an offer the team were on hand to help me with any questions I had and communicated with both my solicitor and myself well to keep the sale moving quickly, even over Christmas. Genuinely really pleased with the service! Thanks so much to the whole office and in particular Chris who trailed round all them properties with me over them weeks! Great service guys

Absolute frauds. Wanted me to give him a £1000 back hander to guarantee a property I was interested in. I have reported JonSimon to the ombudsman for malpractice. Avoid these guys with a barge pole - especially the short one with the big arms - total out and out fraudster. Sells properties to those that will pay him a bit on the side.

Absolute terrible experience of trying to deal with this letting agency! After nearly 4 weeks of promises that a property would be rented to us and agreeing the monthly rent they have now told us the property is not for rent. Very bad customer service, poor communication. There are plenty of good letting/estate agents in and around the Ramsbottom area. Do not waste your time with Jon Simons.

Booked an appointment for last sat at Mayberry Close in Ramsbottom 12pm on the 21st of July. Had a call earlier from Ryan Dillon to make sure we were still attending which we confirmed we were. When we arrived at the property no one was there to meet us and when we called to find out where the agent was we were told he would find out and call us back. Hung around for half an hour and received no call. Disappointing service if the property had gone or was no longer available a courtesy call would have been fine.

He conducted himself in a very profesional manner and I feel he represented Jon Simon well. I would have no hesitation giving them my recomendation to any prospective vendors.
