Is this a joke or something i wrote out a message to them using their webpage left a voicemail on a mans phone and heard nothing back disgusting place wuld never recommend them to anyone shocking. Only clicked one star not even worth that.

Hard to get ahold of. Left two messages, they never replied. Finally got through on the third call, guy was driving, but we booked a viewing in. I turned up at the place, waited five minutes, gave 'em a ring, left a message. Waited another ten minutes, left another message, and decided to call it a day.
They never got back to me.
Absolute rubbish, clearly don't care about actually getting the property let.
EDIT: I have no missed calls, no emails, nothing from Jillings. I was at the property at the agreed time for almost 20 minutes, no one showed up. In the response below they are either lying or simply incompetent.

I have used Jillings Estates for numerous years now. My dealings with this company have always been highly professional and quick in response. Their referencing of tenants has always resulted in me having good tenants which I am thankful for. They have navigated me through the legal requirements for my rental properties and organised everything for both me as a landlord and and my tenants occupying my homes. The feedback I have received from all my tenants also fills me with confidence that they resolve any issues quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. I decided to go with a smaller independent company to manage my properties in order to receive a personal service and that is exactly what I receive. A great service for both landlords and tenants which I have no hesitation in recommending.

I have been using Jillings Estates to let my properties for more than 10 years - during this time I have found them to be a very professional organisation who I have no problems with at all. I have also used them to sell a number of properties which again was handled very professionally. I can not Recommend Oliver & his team highly enough, always available to discuss anything & provide help to both myself & my tenants.

If minus stars were possible, I would give that. Absolutely disgusting. Do not under any circumstances use this sham of a Company. Worst conditions I’ve ever lived in. The customer service is awful, they’re unreachable 99 percent of time- and they just don’t care. Emails and phone calls are useless because no one picks up and gets back. Save your money, find another estate agent. Regret every minute of going with them.
