Quite possibly the worst experience of buying and/or selling anything in my life. They are vague, bullying and uncaring. We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.... Read more

As a first time buyer I was horrified at the way I was treated. There was a lack of enthusiasm from the representative (who has a managerial title). There was no direction in terms of arriving at the property for viewing. On arrival I was handed a piece of paper and told to see myself around. After viewing, there was no communication / follow up from the agent. The property was lovely but as a first time buyer the experience was daunting, so much so that I had no confidence that pursuing and purchase with them would have been a smooth transaction.
