I want to thank Phil Miles for all his advice and continued support in assisting us with our mortgage. Phil responds quickly and goes out of his way to find answers to all our questions – there is never a ‘silly’ question or request with Phil and he even responded to an urgent query on his day off! During the whole process, there have been many unexpected events that have come up, but Phil is always there to reassure us and find solutions to overcome these ‘hiccups’. I’ve spoken to many mortgage advisors and brokers and can notice a huge difference to the service and expertise that he provides - I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much, Phil!
