Can’t thank Charlie and Alfie enough for all of their help! They went above and beyond to get the job done and make sure we were happy throughout the whole process.
From the minute we met Charlie we were made to feel confident and at ease with selling our house. He knew it was our first time selling and he never done anything without explaining fully to us how the process works. I can honestly say Charlie was our saving grace in our whole move, any time things would feel slightly stressful he would give us the reassurance we need, chased up every last thing that needed sorting, ended up doing other people’s jobs just to speed up the process for us.
Alfie kept us in the loop after every viewing, never failed to keep us updated and was happy to take every call and answer any questions we ever had.

Charlie and Alfie at the Cheshunt branch are the dream team of Estate agents. Alfie is the best agent we have ever dealt with in our 3 previous house sales, he had such great attention to detail and didnt rush viewings with potential buyers. He always arrived early to refresh his memory on our house and was a lovely guy to talk to. Alfie called around their database and hustled people to view our house, driving more viewings to our house in 2 weeks than we had previously in 8 weeks with another agent. Charlie the manager always went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through for example he would answer calls late at night from the buyers, he worked on his day off to bring the buyers around for a suprise 2nd viewing (a week before exchange was due) and he always gave his time for phone calls and catch ups amytime I needed. He always offered help and you felt truely in good hands.
You never felt rushed off the phone he always had all the time for you. There was nothing Charlie wouldnt do for us to ensure the sale progressed and was successful. We had really difficult buyers and Charlie without a doubt saved our sale. We exchanged today and its all down to Charlie and Alfie. Thankyou to you both. You worked damn hard for this one!

Although I never met you in person nor viewed the house, you selected the BEST house for my family. The house has everything I needed, space, no stairs at the entrance of the house, a big garden full of flowers etc
When Elleisha-Ann Phillips showed the house to my husband it was as if she wanted him to take this one because he knows I love a clean place.

Hasan was very friendly, helpful and accommodating from our very first veiwing. He went above and beyond when we were viewing the properties, making accommodations for me as I was on crutches (having recently had surgery). He has been such a big help throughought our purchase journey, always available to help and answer any queries we had. our house purchase took 2 1/2 months and the broker (Gulay) and conveyancer (Jessica) he recommended were great! I would definitely recommended the King's Cheshunt team, especially for first time buyers as they will guide you through the entire process. Our broker Gulay was also very helpful and reassuring, she calmed our fears and as we were applying for a mortgage during the period where interest rates started to rise.She was always available to answer our questions and communicated well throughout the process. This whole process was very seamless and it's all due to the amazing team at the Cheshunt branch! It also felt nice to collect our keys to their smiling faces, to top it all off.

We just completed purchase on our house, September 2022. From first viewing back in April, staff were super helpful. We had a few viewings through kings and Sarah pushed us forward as we had all our documents ready, we had our heart set on this one though and she sorted everything swiftly with the sellers. Yes the whole process took 5 months but it was a probate property and this was no fault of the agents. Sarah was always supportive throughout working with the solicitors, following up with sellers and updating us all the way through, giving us that little peace of mind and reassurance. Also enabling repeat visits to the house on short notice so we could take measurements etc. Such a relief now and looking back couldn’t have done it without kings support. Thank you to the team!

We’ve just bought our first home through Kings Group Cheshunt. We were dealt with by Samik, supposedly the branch manager, and I have to say, his customer service skills were far below par.
A few days after we put in an offer for the property, Samik called to tell us that there was a chain on the property and that “the seller would be able to move into their new home NO LATER THAN OCTOBER”. We agreed to wait several months as we liked the property and that is when our lease also runs out. We began all the necessary checks, documents etc. About 2 months later, we discovered from one of the documents that the seller specified that his move would likely extend to November. This took us by surprise and raised some concerns. When we raised the issue with Samik, he became extremely defensive and rude, lying that he told us that from the beginning (this was of course not the case, as we would not have agreed to proceeding with the property). He then said to us “well, we have four other buyers for this property”. A few weeks later, the seller requested a conference call between Samik and ourselves as he must’ve sensed there was a hold up or issue as we decided to hold off on proceeding with searches for the property. After the conference call, the seller wished to keep in direct contact with us as it was smoother and allowed for clarity, rather than through Samik who had obviously strained the working relationship by giving misleading information and having a terrible attitude. Since then, we have enjoyed dealing directly with the seller who has been lovely about the whole ordeal, and as a result it has sped along the process between us and our solicitors. I would not recommend Kings Group Cheshunt.

We bought a home through Kings Group Cheshunt. The first person we were in contact with from the agent was Sarah Connor. We were roped into going with their third party broker even though we already had our own, as “it will count in your favour of your offer being accepted as opposed to using your own broker.” We also were not told by her that there was a chain (seller buying a new home) and therefore would take several months before we could move into the property. It was only a few days later that another agent called to let us know this fact.
Initially, Sarah was good at communicating with us and she was pleasant to dealt with, however very quickly started ignoring calls when things became complicated with the seller regarding a moving date. We were eventually dealt with by another agent and we never heard from her again until we exchanged.
We were also frequently asked by Sarah to resend documents which had already been sent in the first instance and we felt that this added to the delay of the process.
Glad it’s all over now.

I have never met an estate agent as attentive and responsive as Sarah Conner. Right from the beginning she was a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process the communication was immaculate. She always spoke to us as people rather than price tags which is uncommon in this profession. I cannot give enough compliments to the manager of the branch Samik. Doing your job is one thing but what Samik does it in a completely different category. There was always an open door to queries or worries. To say that this is a branch above the rest is not saying enough. If you’re looking to buy or sell I don't see why you would go anywhere else.

When valuing the property Sam was very helpful when most other local agents seemed content to list at a lower price just to collect their fee’s. The house was sold within a few days.

I cannot recommend Kings in Cheshunt highly enough. They were extremely professional, helpful and courteous and have definitely restored my faith in Estate Agents from past experiences. I had originally instructed an on-line agent from whom I had zero viewings compared to Kings, where I had viewings virtually every day for a month until I found a buyer. My solicitors also fell rather short so whenever I had a query I would turn to Kings rather than my legal team. Even after completion they told me I could contact them with any further assistance I might need. Charlie, Sam and Dan were fantastic - more like friends - and many many thanks to them all. I have moved to the north west of the country and will need to buy my own property here and if I discover a Kings office in this area, I will definitely be using them.

It has been said that it is quite hard to find decent estate agents. Well funnily enough we managed to find three all working in one office. After months of searching for the right property I received a friendly phone call from Hasan who asked me to give a property we had already seen a second chance. Well I'm glad he convinced me because after the second viewing we saw the potential! We instantly got to work to see if we could strike a deal with the owner. Sam, the branch manager, was extremely helpful, even calling me on his day off to try and assist us as best he could. Its not often I give reviews.. I only make a point of doing so when a service has been particularly good or at the other end of the spectrum! I am pleased to say, this is the former. I had a less than acceptable experience with another agent before I went to King's, so I already had my guard up and was wary. I was honest about this. The service I have received from the team at Kings has been exceptional. I would say 95% of my dealings have been with Sam, the branch manager and he has been excellent throughout. I haven't been the easiest customer and I have quite a complex situation so I have needed alot of help from Sam. What I particularly appreciate is the human element to Sam's interaction. I feel alot of agents can be quite detached from their clients and this is where King's have the edge. I believe in being straight and honest and at times I have been very annoying and demanding, but Sam has taken all this in his stride, with great humour, delivering an exceptional service. I also dealt with Charlie early on in the process and he too was excellent I was glad I chose King's, and although I am not at the end of the process, the service so far warrants praise. I would definitely recommend King's and really think the staff there are an asset to the organisation.

After a truly horrific experience with the cowboys at Woodhouse (across the road from Kings), I decided to search for a new agent within the area to search for new tenants and manage my property, after a quick telephone call with James he guaranteed me, that he would get my property back on the market within days and I would be receiving offers at the rate I desired, within the blink of an eye, I had new tenants paying my desired rate JUST 48 hours after their ad went live - "That's what I call SERVICE"
