He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying a property smooth. He was very supportive and for a first time buyer it was very welcomed. Phil goes above and beyond and will always respond to calls and messages even on his day off or whilst on holiday! First class service from an experienced mortgage adviser. We didn’t have that option with the agent we were buying through and it was a real advantage with Paul Wallace. We’re unlikely to move again, but if we did, would have no hesitation in contacting Peter.

Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.

From my initial interaction with Richard Smith, who took the time to show us the house without rushing us, to the negotiations with Jay Jones, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. The team’s responsiveness truly impressed me. Whether I had questions, needed additional information or wanted to schedule a revisit to the property, they were always quick to respond, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Jay excelled in facilitating communication between us and the seller, ensuring everyone in the chain was kept informed. Overall, my experience with Jay Jones and the entire Havilands team was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.

I was really impressed by Westley and his approach - he knows the local area well, does what he says he will and had a very realistic view on how to market my property and what I could expect for it. He kept in regular contact with me through the process and within a week had found a buyer who offered the amount I wanted. It was very smooth throughout. I felt that other (bigger) local agents who I also spoke to initially just wanted to give their spiel about how great they were and why they were better than the smaller agents - when in fact Morgan Alexander were a lot more positive about what they could do for me and actually take a very modern approach using social media to get more interest in their properties. Westley and everyone else in the team who I dealt with were professional and helpful throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying in Hertford and beyond. Thank you for making a stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

16th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)As a first time buyer I completed on my flat with Pio as my agent last month and have had such a positive experience with them. Throughout the process from the dreaded bidding war through to renegotiations on sales prices and completion, Pio helped to facilitate multiple surveys, kept up momentum with the sales process and was always responsive to my queries which meant from the sale being agreed to completion was only 11 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him- he was friendly, open to all questions however small and just a total pro. Thanks for making first time buying that much less daunting!

12th Jun 2024 (18 weeks ago)Worst letting agent that I have ever dealt with! Warren is unprofessional and lies. Was promised an inventory would be done over and over again. This did not happen. He then lied and told us that "we" said the property was to old for one (it was built in the 60's!). Why would we do that when its in our best interest to have one! Needless to say the property was left in a state! Do yourself a favour and either rent with another agent, who knows what they are doing or do it yourself on Open Rent.
