12th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

These guys have gone above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible with a lot of hand holding along the way. 23rd Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)I personally had a brilliant experience with Havilands. Ater looking for a property for over 1 year i changed areas i was viewing ,and came across Havilands. How refreshing from most of the other estate agents, mostly terrible. I had a 3 man team working with me Jordan who showed me the property i purchased. Jordan didn't try any hard sell answered my questions what he didn't know he didn't fob me off as if he knew, but said he would find out and get back to me. Again which was refreshing from some other estate agents. Also gave me really handy tips on solicitors not linked to Havilands to make the process run as smoothly as possible, as opposed to the generic one i was initially going to use. James, who was the essence of calm, and reassurance. Buying property can be such a nerve racking experience as it's a massive commitment. James provided that calmness required. was very quick and responsive to my queries. Also provided some valuable links. Katie, was the driving force who ensured everyone did what they had to do making sure i did what i had to do chasing the sellers if required, was like a bundle of energy. If you are a serious buyer and you really want your deal to go through quickly this is the team for you. As long as you are responsive, they will do the rest. My deal went through in 8 weeks from offer to completion, obviously the seller also has to be as responsive, Katie will be on the case if they are not.

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

From initial contact, through all the procedures and follow up after our move, they have been thoroughly professional, courteous and customer service oriented at all times. Special mention to Sophie Morgan who was our point of contact and to Jack who was also involved in facilitating our move. A great team and highly recommended.

He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!
5th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)The team at Agent Hybrid were fantastic. For what turned out to be quite a long winded sale, they kept me updated, kept all parties in the loop and things moving forward. Yasemin was always at the end of the phone when needed, knowledgeable and proactive. The whole experience was great and would 100% use Agent Hybrid again. They are the benchmark for how all other estate agents should operate. Well done team :)
6th Mar 2025 (19 days ago)The worst agency that I have ever seen! I called the agent to book for a viewing and he was very aggressive and rude. A male agent was so rude with me for no reason. His attitude was very bad and rude! So disrespectful his tough attitude and answers. I always make enquires for my partner, nobody talked to me like that, like the agent at this agency talked to me. He doesn’t know how to communicate with clients , his communication 0. People that they don’t know how to communicate with clients. Very disappointed. I am happy that calls are recorded so agency can finds out what a kind of human they hire to work with! Shame on you.

My hand was held every step of the way, explained and followed up. For anyone reading this review thinking of buying or selling then this is the Estate agent to work with to achieve your goal. Everyone at Shepherds Hoddesdon is professional helpful and polite but if I may mention Andy & Nathaniel who worked closely with me on my sale their attention was second to none and I am so grateful...Thank you all.
