Leaders Altrincham team has been very helpful right since the time we associated with them for renting a property in Altrincham. They are really polite, efficient, helpful and timely when it comes to helping with day-to-day infrastructure related issues - be it plumbing, patch work etc. Thank you and kudos to the team!

Awful experience with Leaders. Property was supposedly managed but repairs never completed properly - cracks just papered over. Damp just stainblocked so it returned, a flooded cellar (due to poor waterproofing) never dealt with.
Fairly efficient to get the tenancy up and running but poor service after that. Hard to get hold of anyone - feel like a second class citizen when whoever answers the phone realises you're renting not buying - they never call you back.
They always blamed the shortcomings on the landlord so I guess they don't vet them as rigorously as they do a tenant.

I've been a client of Leaders since their first day in business and was a client of their predecessors since 1987. I wouldn't consider taking my business anywhere else. They provide an exceptionally reliable, professional yet friendly service with just the right amount of “personal touch”. They recently organized and oversaw the installation of new windows in my house in Manchester (without a word of complaint from my tenant) and sent me photos of the completed work.
Whether you’re new to the property business or have been involved for years I’d recommend them without hesitation if you’re looking for a lettings and management company.
