26th Mar 2026 (5 mo. ago)I’m extremely upset with this company. One of their leafleters forcibly opened my closed electric gate—at 7:30 in the morning—to get to my front door. I’m a mother home alone with two babies, and that gate is there for our security and privacy. I felt violated and unsafe. I emailed the company to complain and never even received a reply. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Jo was a fabulous support throughout the process of my Mum moving house. Nothing was too much trouble for her both on the buying and selling sides, and she managed everything to make sure that Mum did not get unnecessarily stressed or uncertain.

First class and a big mention to Ruby who kept me informed at all times. Don’t tar all agents with the same brush.

I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. They show sensitivity at those difficult moments that inevitably arise during a sale process. On several occasions when I felt doubtful about what to do next, and stressed, Jen or Lauren C (who managed the account) made suggestions that kept me calm and moved things forward. I recommend their services unreservedly.

Buying or selling a house can be a stressful process, but the team at Thornley Groves were consistently professional, supportive, and impressive throughout. Chris, the branch manager, initially helped us with putting in our offer and was fair, transparent, and professional from the outset, which immediately gave us confidence in the process. Claire regularly checked in with both us and the vendor to ensure everyone was aligned and that all paperwork was progressing promptly. This made us feel well supported and helped keep things moving quickly without unnecessary delays. As we were part of a chain, there were some challenges in getting the top and bottom of the chain to agree on a completion date. Jamie, who originally showed us the property, was exceptional in handling this. She took the initiative to draft a detailed email, bringing all parties together, and used her professionalism and experience to resolve the situation and secure an agreed completion date. Her efforts were instrumental in ensuring a smooth conclusion to the transaction. Overall, I cannot recommend the team at Thornley Groves highly enough.

The staffs are very friendly and efficient, our journey to buy a property was bit long ,but we had the best team to support and guide us in each steps. Radhika,Nimish and Louisa from the mortgage services three of them are absolutely fantastic, I know the journey was not at all easy and smooth, but the way we tackled it together is the main thing.
