28th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)Horrendous experience. I called and looked to arrange a viewing of a newly listed rental property. I was told a colleague would return my call, this never happened and after 24hrs I called back to be told it’s off market and an offer had been made. I wouldn’t recommend, there’s plenty of other suitable estate agents in London.
13th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. Special mentions for Romany Rimmer, Mike Hall, Liz Nascimento, Camille McQueen and anyone else we forgot on the team that has contributed. Thank you Rampton Baseley. Simon and Geraldine

The team are professional, efficient, reliable and give a great sense of confidence in providing tenants with the best experience possible. From lettings to on going maintenance I have been extremely impressed and highly recommend their service.

He takes care of all the admin seamlessly and is an extremely good communicator. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares about finding you the right property. He is fantastic at his job and a wonderful person to work with. :)

Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

6th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Bridgefords were really good at letting out my property with a very quick turnaround time but the service after that has been exceptionally poor: rarely anyone answers calls or responds to emails. I was charged double for the letting fee and yet with many emails and phones later this matter has not been resolved (close to a year now). I am looking to switch over to a smaller local agent but getting Bridgefords to transfer over the documentation is like getting blood out of a stone.

5th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.
11th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Really bad time to sell but didn't have a great experience. Unrealistic valuation and not proactive. We had to suggest pricing drops and direction changes in order to attract fresh views. They weren't 100% bad but I'd hoped for more.

8th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)As a potential buyer, I paid the deposit for the 16 week Exclusivity Agreement and Jennifer & Natalie were very professional in not showing the property to other enquirers during this time. At the end of the period we completed on the purchase without a hitch, Natalie having helped chase the vendor's solicitors to move the process along when necessary. A very nice firm to deal with and I would be happy to use Jameson to sell a property, having been on the other side with this one.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
