We had a great experience with Jameson. Jennifer and the team assisted us to sell our property quickly (at a good price) and made the process as smooth a possible. Communication was very good and we were kept informed throughout the process. Jennifer also provided great advice when we had challenges with our onward purchase (through a different agent) and this helped us resolve those issues and have a successful completion on both our sale and purchase. We'd definitely recommend Jameson.

This year we decided to sell the family business premises in Altrincham. The Grade 2 listed building that used to be the home of County Galleries was put on with a commercial agent, and We had no luck in selling the building. We talked to Jennifer from Jennifer Jamesons Estate Agents, and we were imediately impressed with her professional manner and incredible enthusiasm. Her refreshing honesty and integrity set her apart from all the other people we had talked to. Although we were selling a commercial property, and most of her listing were residential, we decided to go with her company.
.....BOOM..!....SOLD....need I say more. The whole experience with Jenny and her very friendly team was a pleasure from beginning to end, and whether it's letting or selling, residential or commercial, I would throughly recommend them

Communication was excellent at all points of the process, someone was always available to speak to directly when needed. The selling and buying process was easy to go through with the support of Jameson and Partners, they kept us updated at all times and advised us on the steps we needed to take once sold.

I have had experience in both letting and selling with Jameson and Partners, and cannot recommend them enough. Jen, Nat, Sam and Anna all showed exceptional levels of professionalism throughout, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
Firstly, the service they provide is exceptional. From a lettings perspective, they were able to find me a selection of tenants very quickly - and were able to guide me through the process of letting my property out, even when I had to relocate away from the area. They dealt with all of the tenants' needs promptly, and I felt as though I was kept informed at all points, which I greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to advise me on various points, and to answer all of my questions.
From a sales perspective, the sale of my property was not simple (for reasons outside of J&P's control). I was seriously impressed by their commitment to the sale, and that even after the sale was secured, the level of service did not in any way drop off. Jameson and Partners were indefatigable in their chasing of solicitors, etc to help the sale to complete.
I will not hesitate to use Jameson and Partners again, for letting or sales, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area - truly five-star agents.

As a potential buyer, I paid the deposit for the 16 week Exclusivity Agreement and Jennifer & Natalie were very professional in not showing the property to other enquirers during this time. At the end of the period we completed on the purchase without a hitch, Natalie having helped chase the vendor's solicitors to move the process along when necessary.
A very nice firm to deal with and I would be happy to use Jameson to sell a property, having been on the other side with this one.

My husband and I recently bought a house in Altrincham through Jameson and Partners. We could not recommend their service more highly – we would not think twice about using Jameson to buy or sell again in the future (although considering how delighted we are in our home, we hope that won't be for a long time!).
From start to finish, Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make the process stress-free and informative.
Jennifer has a deep knowledge of both the local area and architecture in general, which was extremely helpful. They offered to let in tradespeople when needed, granted access multiple times for viewings and measuring, and even helped us move some furniture when we needed an extra pair of hands.
Their communication was faultless, with responses within minutes. We really can't thank or rate Jameson's more highly. They offer a professional, personable service that is worth its weight in gold, and made the stress and admin of moving home so much more manageable for us.
