Jump pad came to our house to make the valuation and showed us a portfolio of recently sold properties from Jump pad in the area and also what other similar properties were advertised through a range of agents. She came across as more knowledgeable, experienced and professional compared with other agents we invited. Communication and advice has been good. All round very happy.... Read more

From the start, Louise inspired a welcome mixture of confidence and common sense. The approach taken is personable but there is absolutely no OTT rambling. When I asked a straightforward question, I received an immediate and straightforward response. Most other agents seemed unable to do this! Louise was also by far the best prepared when she arrived to value my property, bringing a printout out of two documents- the brochure from my house when I had bought it, and another on a house down the road from me that she had sold very recently....
