I would definitely recommend Jen at reeds. Also thank you to Jane in the office for keeping me informed of the sale details. They are a fantastic team!
27th Aug 2024 (22 weeks ago)Contacted the estate agents sales team on a number of occasions to arrange a viewing. In the end I had to drive 15 miles to go to their branch to arrange one. When I attended, the estate agent was late but I stayed optimistic. All of 10 seconds into my viewing another 2 people came for their viewing. The estate agent didn't hesitate or take into consideration my views and invited them in for a "group viewing". I couldn't view the property at my leisure as I was stood in other rooms waiting for the other party to finish looking. When they left and I returned downstairs another 2 people attended. This was the final straw so I left. Poor professionalism, even worse advertisement for the property. I know the estate agents aren't accountable for a properties condition but you can't advertise something as "fully refurbished" when it clearly isn't.

22nd Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Leaders was not my first choice as a representative to sell the property (and yea I was so wrong), I stuck with different agent for over 2 years. That agent (very nice guy) could not come with clear plan how to pursue a sale, could not explain (or did not know) why property cannot be sold (leashold complications) then enter Leaders - friend of mine told me they are solid. Did not believed as for me all Estate Agents were same bread (wrong again). As I was over 2 years in processes (multiple buyers) and learnt a lot about property itself (leagal wise) I have explained what is the situation to Mike. It took 2 days and I had a clear plan what we can do (multiple options) and actually what we should do. 4 months later the property has been sold. Those guys are FIXERS they make things happen and they will be honest with you. If you looking for nice guys who do the same as everyone else Leaders should not be your choice if you look for effective agent who will leave no stone unturned Leaders are for you. Lukasz.

21st Jan 2025 (4 days ago)We had some viewings booked but the people coming to view just cancelled this happened 2or 3 times they say they have people on there books looking for property but I don't belive them this should not have happened.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Chased all parties including solicitors. Communication was great throughout and if we needed advice, they were there. They made this sale much less painful than it could have been.
