Stonecross Estate Agents dealt with the sale of my mother's bungalow in Lowton. Everything ran like clockwork and we had a very speedy sale with the buyers offering more than the asking price. We were extremely impressed with the help they gave us, especially considering that I live 200 miles away. All the agents that we spoke with were helpful and put us at our ease with their relaxed manner when explaining anything to us. They are very knowledgeable about the Lowton area in particular. They were extremely helpful and understanding when our sale fell through (due to two local village idiots from Tarleton) and did their best to make sure we didn't lose our purchase in Lowton.

Been on and off the market over the last 2 years due to family size increase , I’ve experienced lots of different levels of service from a verity of local estate agents when trying to view or make an offer on a house , I can say from experience that stone cross and the team are next level when it comes to selling your home or assisting you with buying your next.
The team is super switched on very good at communicating , keeping you updated and really professional.
Not once did I wait for an update or call back , I was always a priority and you could literally see the difference when I tried to book viewings with other estate agents and some times it was days with no communication, once I had to go to a vendors house and say … I’ve been trying to book a viewing for 4 days are you aware ?
Anyway after a disruptive year of trying to find the right forever home , I ended up buying and selling with stone cross.
I can say without question these guys are the best estate agents in and around the area hands down . Thanks guys !!!!

Excellent service from all of the team at Stone Cross, a very friendly and approachable team. Lots of help and advice which was appreciated. Every member of the team was so wonderful throughout the whole process. Especially with myself and my partner being first time buyers, we obviously had many questions and no experience of what is involved when it comes to purchasing a property, but the girls at Stonecross couldn't of made it easier for us. Manager here Michelle Sweeney tells lies and refuses to answer questions when pulled up on it. Tells you one thing on phone then denys it over email ( when it's black n white ). Can't trust most estate agents now, if your reading this and thinking of selling your home with these, DON'T sell it yourself with one of these new companies, it's cheaper too.

Viewed several properties represented by the estate agent and everytime I feel the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel some of there representatives need to remember what profession they are in and when dealing with members of the public they should show some kind of decorum especially in there wording on emails

The team in the Lowton office really are second to none and take all the stress away from what can be a very difficult time selling and buying a house. They just deal with everything from the initial listing the property for advertising, accompanied viewings with timely feedback, negotiating the sale to achieve the best possible price, then to progress the sale through to completion liaising with the chain, solicitors, surveyors etc.

Very disappointed be their customer service. I've been sent an email about a property in Golborne. I've got a missed call from them. 10 min later I call back them and when I said that I had a missed call, the Lady just hung up, no asking me why I'm calling. I was shocked really. Is that a good customer service?
