We had our property listed through Kath Wells following recommendations from a friend. Although we weren't necessarily in their catchment area, we decided to use them based on the great experience our friend had. Paul visited our property very quickly to value it and returned later that day with Richard to take the professional photos and gather all the information for our listing (very efficient!). Unfortunately, we ended up taking our property off the market due to issues with our current mortgage provider (our problem not Kath Wells) however Paul and the team were very understanding and had supported us all the way through. Eventually when we come to sell our property again, we will 100% be using Kath Wells again! Keep up the good work!... Read more

Excellent service so far! Having spoken with several different agents in the area, we decided to go with Kath Wells and couldn't be happier with the service we have received so far. The valuer who visited was confident we could achieve the price we were given and sure enough, had a full asking price offer within a week of the marketing going live! Now hoping for a smooth sale which I feel sure the team will do their best to proceed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff combined with local presence and following through on their promises give me every confidence to recommend the team if you have a property to sell locally. Really really disappointed with their service. I viewed a propery and rang up after advising i was really intrested. I was told i would pass their affordabilty check and to put in a application but i had to go to the office to get a form (during covid why are we not paperless !?!). About a hour later i got a call advising dont to come to the office someone has payed a holding fee. I advised i rang a hr ago and was never told about a holding fee. If i knew id have payed over the phone. The lady was really rude, unintrested and kept trying to get me off the phone while i was asking questions. Will not apply for a property with them again as they just came across really unprofessional and like they pick and choose who can apply.... Read more

Not possible to give zero stars. The individual i dealt with (Paul Jones) was unhelpful in the extreme as he was clearly pushing for the house i purchased to be sold to a buyer who was also selling their property through Kath Wells (double the commission). Incredibly stressful experience, will avoid anything related to them either buying or selling in future and recommend the same to anyone i know. I'm led to believe Mr Jones, with no basis whatsoever, attempted to dissuade the seller from selling the property to me by suggesting I would struggle to produce the funds. So they should sell to this other individual, who just so happened to also be selling through Kath Wells. Disgusting behaviour. Never again.... Read more

I have rented from Kath Wells for the last 3 years, they have always been very polite, friendly and professional, they have always gotten repairs carried out when needed and have been a pleasure to rent from. The ladies in the office are very pleasant and they have lovely properties ar reasonable prices. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them... Read more

I thank you for your reply to my review but request that you stick to the truth. I still have the time I called your office on the date of my appointment registered as 13:33 which is 3 minutes later than my appointment was booked, not 20 minutes as you incorrectly stated. I spent over 2 minutes knocking on the door and ringing the door bell before I called your offices. Furthermore when I called your office, I asked if the agent had long brown hair and you said yes, the agent wearing a skirt suit saw us pulling into the property and knock on the door, yet still chose to drive off rather than just politely advising us that she has enough applicants and therefore cancelling the appointment. By no means was the agent waiting 20 minutes as we were calling your office at 13:33 and saw the previous applicants, a couple carrying a file walking just in front of the agent. Not only have you shown that your office has no respect for other people time, but the fact that you wouldn't just own up to what you had done and provide feedback to the lying agent carrying out the viewings but you choose to lie and place the blame on others. It would be useful to place this review on trust pilot along with a screen shot of what time I called your office as proof. Appalling behaviours shown not only by the agent but the office also....
