I used Ornella Estates to sell my property. The service was great and I would use Ornella's Estates again. It was a refreshing change to get a friendly service and it was nice to talk to the same person throughout rather than getting passed to different departments which tends to happen in bigger companies.
I would recommend to anyone and if I ever decide to sell again Ornella would be my first port of call.

An excellent service from Ornella who sold my apartment at the end of last year. Having previously had a bad experience with another estate agent, Ornella was a breath of fresh air. She worked extremely hard to secure viewings immediately and has a great network of customers and clients so managed to sell my apartment very quickly. We had a few challenges with the legal side of the sale, but ornella was relentless and pushed to get everything through. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Yeadon area!

What a ride we have had! After trying to sell and getting no where with other estate agents we went for Ornella after a couple of great recommendations. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings all with good intentions and she sold our apartment. Although this didn't go through first time Ornella managed to sell our apartment again very quickly. Always keeping us informed about how they all went and gave us lots of feedback each time.
Through our journey of selling with Ornella she was always in touch with everyone involved to make this the easiest quickest and smoothest journey she could.
She is incredibly hard working and well connected and above all care for her customers happiness in finding their perfect home.

Ornella has been a tremendous estate agent. She recently sold my house in Guiseley. Her communication was frequent and purposeful - she chased solicitors, kept me abreast of developments and liased regularly with buyers who she hunted out using her contacts.

Ornella was adamant she could get us a good price for our house (which she did). This exceeded our expectations.
Ornella was personally invested in the sale of our house which sets her apart from other estate agents. Ornella was in touch regularly throughout the whole process and proactively chased mine and the buyers solicitors for progress updates meaning I didn’t have to. Wow what can I say Ornella made our house move the smoothest of moves.
