Been living in our Roxburgh since June 2019 and the house is still not fixed properly, for starters we had a garden that was sloping down which Keepmoat have only 'fixed' recently but have not put drainage in so the garden is like a swimming pool! the front door is showing daylight from underneath it and the letter box is leaking causing the carpet at the door to get damp! paid for the kitchen upgrades and haven't received the tap that we should have received, the roads are shocking coming in and out the estate, they have only tarmacked the road where the show home is and left us to dodge potholes! our most recent problem and a few of our neighbours have the same issue there is water coming through our bay window causing damp patches as they haven't sealed the windows properly! shocking quality of houses! I love the house but I am just getting so frustrated at the fact Keepmoat are not seeming to care and leaving us hanging without a response! its as if the minute they get the money out of you they don't want to know you! been trying to contact Keepmoat since last week and got nothing back yet! I could go on and on about the problems as we are nearing 300 snags, I would recommend not purchasing a house from Keepmoat as their builders are cowboys and do not care at all, they left my front door open one day and drove away leaving the front door lying wide open for 3 hours!! luckily enough we have cameras and I could get back to lock the house! do not recommend these houses as they must have built them with their eyes shut!... I've lived in the Buchanan for over a year (1st year anniversary today) and I've not had too many problems of which have been fixed quickly. I can't fault Keepmoat Homes. Really looking forward to seeing the area finished.... Read more

During the slow construction of their development they damaged the road with constant heavy vehicles traffic. After completion of the works no repair has been carried out and the roads in the area present a health and safety concern to motorists. It is to be noted that they abandoned consumables and construction materials like screws and nails on the road, which resulted in damaged cars and flat tyres. Should seriously review your working procedures.... Read more
