Let out a property that is full of dampness to my partner 5 months ago. We started reporting it 2 weeks after moving in and the advice they gave us was wash the damp away and leave windows open in the middle of winter. There was no ventilation whatsoever in the house until a few weeks ago when they put 4 panes of glass with wee fans in the glass in 4 different rooms but didn't do anything about the kitchen and bathroom that have no vents either. We had broken heaters on the walls but 2 have been broken for months also then a couple of days ago a workman turned up with 2 small heaters about a 1/4 of the size that are on the walls and said that's all you are getting. Emailed Kayleigh about this and said they are not fit for purpose and she said that's all we are getting and that someone will be coming to fit them onto the wall. So this company are a joke and I would be very wary if you are thinking of using them.... Read more

Wayne has managed a let property for us and sold two properties. Having had another much larger agency manage the let property for us I can honestly say Penny Lane provided a far superior service for comparable if not better rates. I never had to worry about the property at all. Wayne got in touch when he needed to and he was also easy to get a hold of. He kept us up to date on the selling of the properties and managed to get them sold for prices we were happy with in a difficult year. I'm actually sad I won't be hearing from him any more!...
