Wayne did a great job for us. We were looking to sell our flat as we had already had an offer accepted. Wayne has managed a let property for us and sold two properties. Having had another much larger agency manage the let property for us I can honestly say Penny Lane provided a far superior service for comparable if not better rates. I never had to worry about the property at all. Wayne got in touch when he needed to and he was also easy to get a hold of. He kept us up to date on the selling of the properties and managed to get them sold for prices we were happy with in a difficult year. I'm actually sad I won't be hearing from him any more!...
