Although it may seem slightly more expensive, Charlie and the team will deliver and maximise your profit! Harbor managed to get us 14.5k over home report for our 2 bed flat. Charlie was also a great point of contact as his communication made everything transparent, taking stress off our shoulders! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5/5 service, well done team!

The service they provide is excellent and the whole team are very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and I was kept updated at all times on viewings, offers and any progress which made the whole process really easy and stress free. I couldn’t ask for a better service and the team at Countrywide Paisley does a great job from start to finish. I will definitely use Countrywide again in the future.

The guys at Igloo work really hard. Everyone I've been in touch with; lots to name bit Linda who does viewings (absolute gem to Igloo) and Alan who has managed the sale of my property to date. I haven't been disappointed. From a buyers perspective they have been really patient with me while on the search for the right home. I'm not the easiest buyer to deal with so give them huge credit! Thank you so much everyone for your support, I've recommended you to a couple of others I know are looking to sell their property.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

The process of selling my father's apartment was daunting but Gaye was very efficient and reassuring when I needed guidance with the sale. His approach is entirely customer-focused, and his level of service goes far beyond what most agents deliver. He recently sold a family property that was deeply sentimental to me, and the care he showed throughout the process was exceptional. Scott personally handled everything from selecting the photos and writing the listing content to conducting every viewing himself. The result was a sale handled with real understanding, tact and professionalism. From his first valuation and market guidance to achieving nearly 10% over the Home Report value, every part of his work was first class. The whole experience was personal and professional and everything was explained thoroughly. We first met Alex, a lovely gentleman who carried out our valuation and pictures and explained all fees from first meeting. We then dealt with Brian who was great and very knowledgable when setting up our mortgage. And last but no means least, Lyndsay. Lyndsay kept us up to date, daily with viewings and offers. She guided us along every step of the way and was always at the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend Moving if you are looking for an easy, friendly and personal service.
