Could not recommend Movewise enough! Very fast efficient service. House was on the market just 6 days! you can tell Alex has been in the industry a long time - i took his advice on everything and it paid off! Lyndsay in the office was also very fast at communicating and so friendly. I even spoke with a mortgage advisor who was very informative who i will be returning back to later on in the year! would not use any other estate agency now! House was valued by another popular estate agency a great deal less than Movewise! trust the experts. Thanks again!

Finally reviewing Movewise & can honestly say there are no negatives for these guys. Supportive from start to finish with the sale of the property in Lounsdale Avenue Paisley.
Alex the Valuer started the process visiting the home & explaining everything which was very reassuring. Lyndsay the Negotiator at Movewise kept in touch all the time through phone calls & emails. From my experience in the past with other big Estate Agents, I found Movewise to be a better service at a cheaper cost who got me an amazing sale price & I’ll definitely use their services in future supporting a smaller local business. Thank you very much

The full team at Movewise were amazing from start to finish! Selling a house is a stressful time but Alex and Lynsey put us at ease and no matter how many times a day we were on the phone… Nothing was ever a hassle. Our house sold in less than 3 weeks! I had Alex and the team at Movewise sell my property after a previous agent had let me down. I should have used the team at Movewise in the first place. From start to finish they we're prompt at answering questions, professional and always happy to just get the job done. Between organising inspections, viewings and the overall sale the process was flawless.
I can't thank them enough for all the efforts they put in to getting my property sold so that I could move on from it.

I would recommend everyone to use movewise.
As a first time seller looking for someone to arrange my flat selling I felt as though I was a bit stuck for choices - the usual suspects you see seemed to be horrendous when I was doing/arranging viewings (for potential places to buy) and there seemed to be an element of mismanagement and a lack of communication.
Movewise were great from the start. With straight forward communication of fees so I knew exactly how much I would be paying along with regular updates on process. It seemed as they were contactable whenever I had a query.
The whole process was very simple and to top it off they are a really great team.
I would definitely use MoveWise for selling in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that are selling.

We started working with the Mortgage wise team a few years ago, Anthony provided some guidance on our finances and supported us through with a new mortgage. Since then they have always been there to support with any questions we may have. Fast forward to summer this year and Emma reached out to organise our new mortgage for our old house. This was done effectively and in a speedy manner. Not one day after we submitted the mortgage I reached out to Emma to say we had seen a new house and could she run some numbers to see if we could buy it. With a mortgage in principle emma put us in touch with Alex at MoveWise (the estate agent arm). Alex came out to our house to start the process. Very quickly he had organised photos to be taken of the property, for sale sign up and ready to start organising viewings. We had a lot of interest and within 4 days we sold our house. We cannot say enough good things about the team at mortgage wise and move wise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage or looking to move house. Thank you again team, it was such a great process with your support throughout.
