Bad quality. Called in my own snagging company and the builder did not like that! Got a leak in the bathroom for 4 days and unable to shower. Paid extra for outdoor tap and they forgot to put one in and they want to now remove my wall to fit! The house was not cleaned before moving in. The site manager said this house shouldn’t have completed in this state. Previous site manager got sacked. 400 snags to give the builder to get on with. Shouldn’t be feeling like I’m moving into a used house!! I’ve put in a complaint to the NHBC.... Read more
