After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded.
It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

When renting an apartment, in the event of technical problems that reporting trouble always takes a long time for reactions from the owner and the agency, I strongly do not recommend it. At the end of the lease, after moving out, more than 2 weeks of waiting for the return of the deposit, with the agency trying to extort some fraudulent sums

I would really not recommend this agency, and mainly because of their customer survice or if i have to specify of the attitude of their agents. Very very rude and unprofessional. I called to apply for a house and did not receive the application form for the other person i wanted to apply with ,or even a further answer at least that i do not pass their criteria.
I did not even had a chance to visit the house.
Very dissapointed with this agency.

We would highly recommend H Connellan to anyone intending to buy a house. Will has been very professional, encouraging and patient through out the process. Our purchase took some time due to delays from seller’s end but Will ensured that he constantly chased and updated us about the progress.
Thanking you for the great service we received. We happily moved into our new family home.

Cannot say enough good things about Henderson Connellan. From start to finish, they were there to help and assist with every aspect of the sale of our house.
Will Thomas did a fantastic job of keeping us fully informed and upto date with the eventual sale and completion. He also looked after nearly all of the viewings along side Phil and Christie.
We have now found our "home", so thankyou so much for helping us to achieve something which has taken over 20 years of searching to find.
