Throughout the process, the manager kept me fully up to date and went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Highly recommend and will certainly be using them again. In all honesty, everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Jordan was the first person I spoke to and met. Tom was also lovely and helpful. Sanjay as the manager kept me fully up to date at all times and went above and beyond (including helping to remove an old sofa from the property). A someone selling a UK property from abroad, I was very impressed with Simpson West throughout the process, and in particular with the problem solving abilities of the particular agent I was dealing with - even with finishing up with some of the outstanding details that popped up late in the process. There was a problem, and some time wasted, with the conveyancing solicitor SW initially recommended, and with the keys at the end, but these issues were not their fault, and on the latter question SW moved quickly to remedy the situation to everyone's satisfaction. I would certainly recommend SW to other sellers. My dealings with Sanjay were exclusively via phone and email. He was courteous, helpful, and efficient, timely in his communications and quick to respond when I had a question. I always felt that the sale of the property was in safe hands.

The property management team are very quick to respond with any issues with our properties and always keep us informed and reply to our emails quickly. We particularly like their comprehensive property inspection reports which were far more detailed than those that other agents supplied and as a landlord it is very important to see interior pictures of your investment on a regular basis.
