Most unprofessional estate agency! When they need you to pay rent or book property inspection they so picky and chasing you, but if you need to contact them or waiting of fixing any issues at the property - it can take ages!!! ignoring your emails until you CC landlord to email! You need to learn how to organise steps and will be ok. I wish you can learn from your mistakes much quicker!

Mel was amazing, super helpful with our house search, great ambassador for the company and worked much harder to make sure we saw more houses than we were planning to with the company from our Rightmove property list, she moved some appointments around so we could back to back a couple of viewings and we went with Cunninghams for our move in the end and the whole process was very smooth, we just have to pick up the keys now

Please avoid this agency at all costs, they are not to be trusted and allow their tenants to live in absolute squalor, they have complete dis-regard to the affect this has on their neighbours. As long as they receive their money on time that is all that matters!

I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. It is the only agency in Corby that rented a house to me (a single mother with children), I heard only kind words during the inspections and their reactions to any faults (and there were a lot of them) were immediate.

Customer servise so poor, you can chase them by phone or emails 3-10-15 times - tottally ignoring.. Not talking about appoitments booking time, always coming on differrent times than agreed.. Hopefully landlord will choose another agency soon. Not recomended at all! avoid if you can

I have never known such a poorly organised, untrustworthy and uncaring company. The house that we rented was full of mould, the boiler breaks repeatedly, the only toilet in the house broke and it took over a year to fix it, but in doing so they ripped out half of the bath which remains unfixed. The staff are rude, they will dodge your calls or pretend that they cannot hear you if you have any problems. Do not trust them, you will spend the entire tenancy fighting to get just the basic rights met.

I lost my property after the locks being changed, i was 3 weeks late and the message was we can use a previous court order from 5 months previous yet they told the council i was there another 6 months so got a council tax bill for time not there!!

The level of costumers service - poor.
Boiler braked down, told me to stay home between 8am and 12pm to wait engineers
And once i contact landlord - he confirmed time been todl to agency was 12pm-6pm for engineers visit. Disappointed as i left work for it and loose shift money! Had few more situations when agents not honest with their responsibilities.
With this agency 3years now, but time by time more disappointed.

Another fence panel is down at 46 Lindisfarne Road. Only 3 out 12 still standing, when is the landlady going to replace it ?
And now another one is down 2 panels left this is beyond a joke now , neither agent nor landlady are bothered about getting it replaced
