Recently put an offer on a property in Liphook. They took over a week to get back and said they had received a higher offer, despite the price having been reduced twice already and offering the asking. Very sceptical since it had fallen through once before and I now see the property is back on the market AGAIN. Very dodgy and a poor service/customer relations... Read more

My partner and I put in an offer for a property. Unfortunately, we didn't get it. When told the reason, they mixed us up with other tenants that had also put in an offer. When I asked further about the mix up, they proceeded to give the FULL NAME of the other person. I told them that this was a GDPR breach and was completely unprofessional. The guy then said he knew he had just done a breach and that I didn't know the name. I said the name back to him and he tried to say that I was wrong. When I said that I was unhappy he said that it was because we didn't get the flat, when in fact it was because of the mix up and the data breach. I do not recommend this place unless you're happy for your details to be given out to other people and for them to not double check who they are talking to.... Read more

Cowboys doesn't even begin to describe this company. I rented my home with them when living overseas (under a "fully managed" plan) and after a couple of years decided to sell. Hadn't particularly been happy with the service but stuck with them for the sale for ease of viewings etc. The process was a nightmare. After no interest for months the tenants moved out and we returned to the property to find mould all over the walls! They had been doing viewings and managing the property yet hadn't even thought to mention this. No wonder no one was interested! It turned out there was a sewage leak under the property which I arranged to be fixed. On selling the property they kept a large amount of money from us for some other repairs they had done which they assured us in writing were being taken care of with insurance. When we challenged this they just stopped replying to us or taking our calls. Please don't use them. They are a liability and thieves.... Read more

Just the worst estate agent. I have rented many properties over the years and never had any issues. But these guys are absolutely terrible. While renting they never caused me any problems, but once I had informed them I was leaving, that's when all the issues started. They let people in to view the property without my permission, left the back door unlocked, and lights on in one instance. They were very difficult to get hold of for updates and even harder to get information out of regarding the deposit return process. We even struggled to find a local company bwho would do an end of tenancy clean as they have such a bad reputation in the area. Use this company at your own peril. Seriously avoid them at all costs.... Read more

This Company has to have given the WORST service ever!!!!! Having not been able to use the Kitchen sink for weeks, Maggots coming out of an extractor that was not dealt with for again 2 weeks, No Electric shower for 2 weeks twice and in January no heating for 3 weeks, Over Flow pipe that took 2 attempts at mending and generally RUDE people, I left the property on 10th August and as at 29th September I still have not received my deposit back. I only give 1 star as you cannot post without adding but I would not give that as they do not deserve it. DISGUSTING! DO NOT USE THESE UNORGANISED UNHELPFUL PEOPLE... Read more

The worst estate agent ever. They rented us a property where the boiler had been condemned twice and the electrics were not to regulation standards. We had to move out because the boiler was dangerous. We stayed in the property for 12 days out of the 2 months we paid rent. They then decided to charge us for cleaning and light bulbs and there was a screw in the sink ? ? ?? YES. We had no problem paying our rent and wanted to just leave but they made it really awkward and charged us another £ 2.000.000 in fees ! ! ! They then had the boiler replaced. They were truly awful and thoroughly unprofessional from start to finish and I regret ever using them . BE WARNED... Read more
