Knight Frank were absolutely brilliant. Kate Erlam was completely amazing and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. Knight Frank came through for us with a resounding 5 stars! Kate Erlam and her team were nothing short of professional, respectful and mindful through the rocky road of selling our home. It's never straightforward to move through a sale, but Kate kept the ship steady, was refreshingly transparent and at the end of the 'phone through every stage; explaining and making confident decisions when negotiations were tricky. Knight Frank have high expectations of their buyers and sellers and in a competitive market they were, without doubt, the right decision to act as our agents.

Knight Frank were highly professional and sensitive during the sale of the family home. Russell always kept me informed, being personally available to answer queries immediately and taking trouble over details. The whole team were friendly and courteous, both in person and on the phone, always showing care and integrity. Russell also has a network of contacts and is able to recommend an excellent photographer, solicitor, etc. Thank you all!

The staff at Knight Frank, Haslemere were thoroughly professional and exceptionally helpful, in particular Aelish and Russell. My house was sold in a short space of time and the people at Knight Frank made the whole process as easy as it could be. I am also using Knight Frank to buy my next house....again they have been incredibly helpful, liaising with solicitors and always keeping me informed of progress to completion.

I have nothing but praise for Russell and his team. We chose Russell because he sold the house to us in the first place and we respected his process. We have, therefore, seen the team from both sides of the table. Through the whole selling process, I got the feeling that the team really liked our house and their enthusiasm towards it never waned. They were always available and their knowledge (about people and the market) was right on the button. Highly recommended!
