26th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)I have met Daniel Berber when I was looking for a place to rent. I’ve been here in the UK for 3months and it’s quite hard to search and look for house to rent. Of all the agents I’ve met, he’s the only one I’ve given a google review. This is because he is the BEST! He was incredibly communicative! Very warm and approachable. He will answer calls and emails and will keep you informed about the development/ progress. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to come back to him in case I need to search for properties to rent again. He is amazing! He also provided support beyond just the transaction/negotiation. His genuine care is within him and he is simply the best. Foxton is lucky to have him, same with all the clients he helped and he will help in the future. Keep it up Daniel!

I enquired for a one bedroom flat and he done everything he can to get us into a 3 bedroom. Within less than a week we have a move in date and are so excited to start our new journey. Anthony has been absolutely amazing and had the best experience we have ever had with trying to rent properties. Understood our needs and made everything easy and not at all stressful! Much appreciated, and I would come back if we ever needed to. Thank you !

We were greatful to Tony and the team for being so attentive and responsive throughout the process and we are very exited to move in! It’s been a pleasure to support a local business and we found Emery & Ochards style preferential to some of the more cooperate estate agents that operate in the Godalming area. We would certainly hope to use Emery & Orchard again in the future.
31st Oct 2020 (4 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

Extremely pleased with the speed in which our sale completed and the communication throughout the process. Both were extremely helpful in the process and very quick to respond to all our questions. If we were ever planning to sell a house, we will be going straight to these guys!

Nick's personal approach, understanding us and our needs to match with prospective buyers was hugely appreciated. This, coupled with their expert understanding of the area and the market guided us to our sale and enabled our family to move on to exactly what we needed. He was very attentive to our property requirements and timely in bringing houses to our attention. After having 3 valuations back in the summer, i decided to appoint Shane Bray at Bourne, i felt his evaluation of the property was fair (not the highest), his fee was fair ( not the cheapest) and most of all i felt i could trust him and his team. After a busy successful launch day on the property, the team found me a choice of buyers, and the sale went through with the teams constant progression early November. I could not have done this without Shane and his team, they were exceptional through a very difficult time. Bourne really are fantastic, thank you all.

21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
