There should be an option for 0 stars as this Estate agent does not deserve any. Absolutely disgusting attitude very very unprofessional and extremely rude (AVOID) then replies trying to make out it was me unprofessional to say the least been as your the owner jog on pal. This letting Agent does NOT even deserve that one star I have put above. They rents you a dirty house, destroyed (in our case) and at the end when you want to move to another house he blames you for all the damage in the house and they don't want to give back the deposit ,instead they want to ask for more money on everything that is destroyed in the house. Shame on you ! ????... Read more

If i could, i would give them less than 1 star...Promises when you move in,will never happen. After you move out they check every inch of the property to be able to get some money of your deposit, they never check that professional when you move in first time in the property with pictures and everything....Don t get fooled people and if you don't have a choice to move in their property,make a nice picture album with the pictures of the property when you move in as they will pick on anything to get money from your deposit.Let s not forget the arogant owner and the repairs delays or to not answer at all if they need to spend money on the property. This review is not only because i had bad experience, you can tell on other reviews on this letting agency.... Read more

Anthony very condescending throughout the viewing, didn’t even asked if we liked the property Just presumed we did and said to ‘have the application form on his desk by 8am tomorrow morning’. Didn’t see us out properly, just got ready to let the next viewing in didn’t even shake hands at the end and say bye. Had a apprentice I think with him a young lady and he didn’t introduce her or include her. Overall highly unprofessional and not very pleasant to deal with.... Read more

Absolutely terrible letting agent I was sadly subjected to domestic violence and was so extreme I was put on to a marac protection , asked mr Kerrigan if could leave a month early out of my tenancy due to the extreme situation and protection for myself and children. Unfortunately mr Kerrigan did not show any empathy and was subject to more and more fees for leaving early . He harassed my elderly mum was the guarantor calling round her house all in all was such a horrible situation more awful than the domestic violence ! . Not a good letting agent and wouldn’t recommend he isn’t a trusted letting agent just a bully out to take any one out for ALL their money with total lack of any feelings. Awful awful experience... I can see exactly why this so called agent has bad review. We intended to use this firm for a letting service. They recieved our keys and would not give us a rental valuation. We have dealt with circa 400 agents in the past 25 years we have been trading and this is the worst agent we have dealt with. Very rude.... Read more

Initially everything was okay, but that didn’t last long. I have had a few run ins with these people, using scare tactics and bullying methods which may work on some vulnerable folk. Only today they stated they would charge me £60 to change a property inspection date, they had arranged when I was scheduled to work. In the past these guys have missed two previous appointments with myself for property inspections, on one of these occasions I took the day off work. I wasn’t compensated in anyway for my losses and inconvenience. Stay away from these people if you are easily intimidated, I will be giving my notice very soon. Such a shame too because the property owner is a great guy, he really cares about his tenants and carries out repairs when needed. Kerrigan you need to focus more on your customer service, stop with the stupid intimidating emails.... Read more
