To be honest I'm a bit surprised reading other opinions.... My experience with them is very good - helpful and kind staff; when I needed their help they usually did what was expected. Maybe just at one or two occassions it took them a bit too long to fix broken appliances... But overall my personal experience is OK.... Read more

Absolutely disgusting. Dads house has been infested with insects for over a year now and still nothing has been done about them. Trying to make out like he needs to be cleaner???? never been so angry my dad is disabled and can hardly walk having me as a carer. We’ve had someone out earlier in the year and yet they are still here. Nothing is getting done!!! This is not an acceptable living environment for anyone let alone someone with difficulties doing daily stuff. They get their rent every single month on time and yet they still have the cheek to be telling my dad that it’s a cleaning issue!! Absolute disgrace. Definitely having to take this further... Was lied to about my monthly rent, they were trying to over charge me and doing this without letting my landlord know too. Also I have contacted them for 9months for repairs in flat and still haven't been in touch. They are a absolute joke of a company!! AVOID... Read more
