I am selling my flat through Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun. Throughout the process from listing, viewing to sale, Shona, Georgia and Paul have been supportive and helpful. It’s been over 20 years since I bought my flat, and the property sales business has changed from then. Shona has put anxieties to rest and answered the most basic of questions with practical kindness. 10/10 experience with Pacitti Jones with the sale of my flat. Shona and Georgia answered all my queries and were super comforting and considerate in times of stress. My flat went on the market in great time. Photos were excellent! It went on the market on a Friday and there was an offer in by the following Tuesday. The offer exceeded my expectations. Paul was very professional when he came round to value the flat, he kept things simple and outlined the best way to move forward with the sale of the flat. I can’t recommend Shona enough, Throughout the whole process her communication was outstanding, she constantly checked in with me to ensure the sale was progressing and happy to help with anything I needed. The sale of the flat fell through, she did everything she could to help prevent this but when the sale was unsalvageable, we put the flat back on the market immediately and we quickly sold it again. She was outstanding. Whenever Shona was unavailable, I was dealing with Georgia who was every bit as professional and helpful as her colleagues. I used Pacitti Jones estate agency to sell my flat in Dennistoun and their solicitors for both selling and buying my next property. I had a really positive experience with them and could not rate them enough. Estate agency: I met with four different estate agents, they were all similar prices apart from one that was a fixed fee rather than percentage share. What stood out about Paul from Pacitti Jones was that any issues I had which I thought might delay the sale, he came up with a solution whereas the other three just agreed it would delay the sale. Timing was important to me as my fixed term was coming to an end. Paul also did not bad mouth any of the other estate agents which the other three did. This to me suggested he knew that the service they offered sold itself. Lastly, Paul suggested I could get a higher figure than the others which the others said was not possible and would put people off. With this in mind Paul offered a fee structure which would reward them in full only if the figure was met which made me feel confident that he would (they ended up exceeding it considerably). Pacitti Jones were not the lowest fee estate agency but there was less than £500 between most expensive and least and I am confident that using Pacitti Jones got me a better offer worth a lot more than the differential with other agencies. Once I agreed to sell I liaised mainly with Shona. Again, like Paul, any problems I had she was quick to come up with solutions. Photos were arranged quickly and she got the property on the market within a week. My property was a tenement with a 2 for damp which concerned me, however, Shona had viewers set up from the first day it went on the market and an offer within 2 or 3 days of 10% over the home report which was already of a higher figure than I was expecting. Shona was extremely good at responding and she followed up with all viewers timeously to get feedback. She helped me negotiate a higher figure than the initial offer. She also checked in throughout the sale process to make sure everything was going as planned. Solicitors: I first had interaction with Lorraine who was quick to provide a quote for selling my flat. I asked her about helping with buying our onward purchase and she was able to offer a discount. I was then passed to Kim who dealt with the buying and selling process. Kim was great and kept us updated at all stages. She was very responsive and this was something I had not had when I used other solicitors when purchasing my first flat. The whole buying and selling process went seamlessly and was much less stressful than my previous purchase largely down to Kim’s attentiveness to the sale and purchase. I would not hesitate to use Pacitti Jones again in the future and can only express my thanks for their work.... Read more

A wonderful experience from start to finish. An initial query was promptly replied to and everything was done to fit around my schedule. The Initial evaluation meeting is what sold me to use Pacitti Jones. Paul turned up and from the get go was extremely enthusiastic and refreshingly honest. I did my due diligence and had a couple of agencies attend to value my flat, but Pacitti Jones seemed “hungriest” and I genuinely believed they wanted to do their best for me. Furthermore, before he left he had already outplayed a plan of how PJ were going to sell my flat, a plan I could have confidence in. Thereafter the experience remained excellent, as I was allocated to Shona, who kept in touch almost daily and I also had access to the client portal to see what was happening at my leisure. I have never sold a property before, but I have bought one (and viewed several) and helped in the buying experience with my then girlfriend and Pacitti Jones’ customer service was head and shoulders above that which I have experienced before.
