Throughout what is undoubtedly a pretty stressful process, the team at Countrywide in Dennistoun were an absolute joy to deal with during our flat sale. In short, I have absolutely no idea what I paid money for. The service they provided offered absolutely no additional value to the sale of my home other than a few telephone calls to tell me someone wanted to view it (and even that went wrong on occasion, with people showing up that I didn’t know about.) I kept a timeline of the shambles, but at a certain point I decided I just wanted the process to end quickly more than I wanted to complain. There were 6/7 issues that gave me real cause for concern, but the cherry on top was when the people viewing my home told me that they were having issues communicating with them to arrange a viewing too. At that stage their failure to communicate effectively was actively impeding my attempts to sell my home. In the strongest possible terms I would avoid countrywide Dennistoun at all costs....
