From the first call to set up a valuer to come out, we were impressed by Kieran. His warm, genuine, professional manner blew me away. Then when David the valuer came to the property he sealed the deal and we knew we were going to use Allen and Harris. Davids sincerity and care for what he does shone through and he knows his properties inside out. He spoke complete sense and valued our property correctly based on facts and figures from surrounding similar like for like properties. His approach was a breath of fresh air as we have dealt with many other estate agents and been exceptionally unimpressed by their sales pitch and the nonsense they spoke. The entire process was fast, efficient, our property was on the market straight away, they organised the home report directly along with the solicitors quote. Then there is Paula the dark horse in the back ground who pulls the whole thing together adding her professional touch! Even the viewers were all qualified and no time wasters. Terrible valuer was swearing in front of my kids and wanted to deal with sale by getting home report and retention for anything needing done of home report value .he was treating as a forced sale with take what you get attitude no intrest in Good sale value or advice as to how to get better sale..been buying selling property now for 30 years worst Experience I have ever had ended up telling valued he was. being cheeky and had to leave would not recommend to my competition never mind friends...
