They did however continue to ask for updates and do all they could to assist, research, provide information to all parties that might help speed the process along. I can not thank them enough for selling my lodge, it has been a learning experience for Thao, the manager, but he has gone above and beyond to achieve this.

We needed to find a rental property while restoration work is carried out on our own house after flooding. Having found a suitable property on their website, the team at Killens have been both very helpful and professional throughout the process of viewing, negotiating and dealing with the rental agreement. In particular, they have been particularly understanding of the situation after our insurers failed to pay us the initial deposit and rental money in time. Fortunately, we are now well settled in this lovely rented property but still looking forward to returning to our own property in due course. I am happy to recommend Killens and would use them again in the future.

We have a small buy to let in Langport which we manage ourselves. We asked Killens to find a new tenant. They were excellent and very professional. We also met our tenant as well. Tao is very knowledgeable about the letting business and we would highly recommend them.
