Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.... Read more

English homes are fantastic, James really knew the area where we were selling our house, he gave us no speel he was very honest about the pricing of the property but allowed us to choose the price we were happy with, our property sold on the first day of been on the market, although there was a few hiccups with the buyers along the way, the English home team really looked after us with updates and reassurance. Fantastic team and we cannot thank James & Emma enough for thir service. I would Recomend English Homes if your selling or purchasing a property.... Read more

The sale was managed very adroitly. Given the latest regulations. Governing money laundering The promotion of the property with good video, photographs and on line advertising resulted in 39 applicants in the first week it was on the market. The viewings were conducted well and at all stages I was kept fully the picture as to the financial status and viability of all applicant bids which made the final decisions as to the one to accept much easier Overall it was a extremely well conducted operation. ...
