Pros: booking system easy to use and prices reasonable. Internet adequate. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good central location and clean.
Cons:
1. This is a criticism of Regus as a company (not this branch). The website permitted me to book a co-working space on a Saturday - and charged me - when that is impossible as you cannot gain access. There was no warning either. Now, after 6 weeks of trying to get a refund (which should be a simple process) they are giving me the runaround. Still no refund. Appalling.
2. The users of the lounge area are seemingly oblivious to their loud voices. And many talk loudly on their mobiles throughout a large part of the day. One bloke was even pacing around the co-working space talking loudly on his mobile phone for about 10-15 mins. So invest in some good noise canceling headphones as you’ll need them. Also, people would have meetings in the kitchen area and talk loudly without closing the door. Very inconsiderate. More should be done to encourage consideration for others in the co-working space. Perhaps a designated space behind closed doors for extended telephone conversations?... Read more

I would avoid like the plague.
I was also hit with unexpected extra costs during my tenancy at Regus Windsor; amounts that were never explained to me at the outset. These costs came to over double the figures that were initially quoted, putting additional strain on the business that I was running back then.
Although I was frustrated, I never brought it up with the centre because the staff had been so helpful throughout my tenancy.
I do, however, feel obligated to bring it to the attention of other would-be renters to take extreme caution when considering renting a serviced office at the Regus Windsor branch.
I also think that given the circumstances, the staff at this centre should step up and address their customers' dissatisfaction directly with Customer Services on their behalves, rather than expecting angry customers to do so, as clearly it is their sales staff who are at fault and need to be retrained to avoid this kind of thing happening... I would advise you NOT to rent from them because they have sneaky hidden clauses that will worm you out of your hard earned money. Even if you try to find out what these clauses are, their answers will be evasive. Their sales staff are well trained to dodge all the loop holes resulting in you losing your hard earned money.
It starts off by them luring you in with their 'friendly and helpful' service, and by offering you what appears almost too good to be true in as far as economically priced office rental is concerned. However, it is not until you have fully moved and settled comfortably in, will you then be hit with some nasty surprises. Their timing is flawless; this is one of their tactics to catch you off guard.
Everything will be fine to start with. At first you will think you are getting a great service and a great deal. (The service there is actually very good - but for a reason!). Then about a week or 2 into your tenancy (just after you have settled in and made yourself comfortable there) you will be hit with unexpected bills and invoices that were not explained to you when you took out the office. Then another week or 2 will go by and you will be slapped with hefty unexpected costs.
When you try to complain, you will be told that it was on the agreement (that they never tell you about when you take out the office) and that you are now locked in to it and can only be let out of it by paying further hefty penalties. They will also make out that they were trying to be as helpful and as accommodating as they could, when in fact this is simply their way or luring you in the first place
If you try to gain access, they will lock you out of your office and tell you that you won't be let into your office until you pay these hefty costs. I had to get aggressive with them. This is the only way of standing up to ruthless companies like Regus.
Unfortunately this type of scheme rarely attracts the attention of the authorities because the culprit (in this case Regus Head Office) knows all the legal loop holes to get around. There are a few other companies in the marketplace who earn their money this way. They will also be named and shamed shortly, once I work out the best way of doing this.
The good news is that as I was mis-sold the product, I have been advised that there is a possibility of bringing criminal proceedings against the people responsible for my loss, and possibly the company too (should I decide to go down this avenue). I will update here - watch this space.
If anyone else has had the same bad experience at Regus in Windsor, please leave a review here, even if it is a quick one to say "I had the same poor experience" (or words to that effect). The more people I can get behind this, the better chances we have of getting companies like Regus to clean up their act.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
