We recently moved to Windsor in September, and we worked with Hardings to rent the property that we moved into. Joe met us at the house to do the viewing with us, and he was punctual, polite, and professional. From there, we began to work a lot with Mollie, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was very responsive to my enquiries and overall, she was really awesome to work with! I have used Hardings in the past as a Letting Agent and returned to them again earlier this year to find a new tenant for our property. Despite a fairly short time frame between the previous tenants notifying us that they were leaving and their actual moving-out date, Mollie found us suitable tenants very promptly. The communication and advice throughout was faultless. As well as arranging the check-out and check-in, Mollie was also able to recommend a dilligent firm of cleaners.

There is a reason why the majority of houses for sale in central Windsor have Hardings boards outside them. They sell houses!
I can't rate the Hardings team highly enough. Louisa, Melicia, and Amy stepped into a very tricky environment 9 months ago. They advised, counselled and comforted as required to help us sell our house. It has been a huge relief to have Louisa and the team a call away. They have been super-responsive, reliable and utterly dependable.
They have made a really difficult and stressful process as pain-free as possible and you would be quite mad to trust the sale of your beloved Windsor house to any other agent (trust me I've experienced a few!)

We recently purchased a property through Hardings. My experience was a bit mixed. There are some really great people who helped me a great deal through the whole purchase process. More on that later but first I want to highlight my disappointment that my initial accepted offer was allowed to be unfairly gazumped and that process was not handled very well. That sale fell through and the same property eventually came back to me and from then on, it was a mostly smooth process.
Milica Fletcher and Panos Laskaris were the 2 main people I interacted with. They were super helpful throughout the multiple viewings I had with them before finalising on the property we bought. Panos was the agent assigned for my property purchase and he went out of his way to ensure all of my concerns were handled correctly and quickly. He is genuinely a nice person and at least gave me the impression that he cared about my interest too as as buyer and not just about the seller. I can definitely recommend to choose Hardings for the purchase/selling process. A couple of other people I interacted with left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth but such people always exist in all walks of life. I cannot speak highly enough about Panos. If you are buying/selling, specifically ask for Panos and I can assure you that you won't regret and will have an absolutely smooth process throughout.

Poor estate agent for many reasons:
1. Selling property of former employees without relevant disclosure on listing.
2. "Blacklist" viewings if you do not immediately buy the first property you see or put an offer that conflicts with protecting the interests of point 1.
3. Do not follow-up calls after viewings.
EDIT: 100% the Windsor Branch. Assuming that you are not representing several properties of former employees that you’re not disclosing - you should be able to very easily locate the person and property in question. Your practises are in violation of section 32 of the estate agents act as well as generally neglecting to call back enquires from people and internally “blacklisting” them which is again in conflict of the estate agents act.

Hardings have very recently relet my property. Their professionalism and assistance has been first class. The brochure marketing the property's let was excellent and I have been kept fully informed promptly throughout the period it was briefly advertised. Hardings have also managed my property for the last five years and this service has too been exemplary. They have kept me updated at all times, dealt with any issues immediately and on the occasions work has needed to be done or issues addressed their contractors have been able to fix and sort any problems immediately, whilst at the same time being in my opinion very good value for money with work carried out and done to the highest of standards. I had also let out another property, a flat in Windsor prior to the above mentioned property and all the above comments are the same for the flat's let. I moved to Windsor in 1987 and by chance I bought my first home through Hardings; their service was excellent then and when I sold the property nine years later I had no hesitation in using their services once more . Again, by chance I bought a property in 2015 advertised by Hardings, which too was managed in an exemplary fashion. In over 30 years of living in Windsor Hardings have provided me with an excellent service with buying, selling and letting management. I have been asked on numerous occasions over the years if there was an Estate Agent I would recommend in Windsor and Hardings have been the one I have suggested people use. Staff may have come and gone over the time but throughout the last 30 years there has always been a family like feel to the firm. The staff are not only highly efficient and knowledgeable but very personable too. I would just at this moment in time like to express my thanks and gratitude to the people who have been assisting me most recently: Lydia and Alfie in Lettings and in the Property management, Tracey, Jackie and Shelley. Harding's provided exceptional customer service. Due to a competitive market for tenants and high demand, I have felt that other estate agents deprioritise/leave potential tenants behind. Wow what an amazing multidisciplinary Hardings Estates agency team! From day one Panos Laskaris, also his colleague Jayde and team were very caring, had a friendly and professional approach.

I have been using Hardings since October 1997 for letting and property management . During this time the property has been vacant for only three weeks despite the world problems that we have all had to endure. In fact, Hardings found new quality tenants for the property within one week of the COVID explosion in 2020. Hardings have also overseen two major high quality remodelling projects on my property whish has resulted in the ease of letting as discussed and rental price by upgrading a 1991 build to complete with new builds of the last five years. The staff have been excellent and consistent over the years even with inevitable changes in that time. No problem is too small and the tenants have always really appreciated the professionalism. i just have to sit back and admire how Hardings have managed my property over nearly 25 years in terms of clients attracted and property management. One can only judge an Estate Agent on the basis of the agent that handles your particular transaction. In my case it was Louisa Collins, who was nothing other than professional throughout the entire process of the search and buy process. No firm and no-one is ever perfect of course, but whenever she didn’t manage to get back to me immediately, it was always with an apology. Critically, she was more accessible as we got to the Exchange juncture. We got there in the end, and it was nice to be greeted by the entire Hardings team when I went to collect the keys of my new home in Windsor.
