I found Kings Lettings to be very professional, personable and helpful. They responded quickly to any questions or issues we had regarding our rental property and were very nice people. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a tenant through Kings Lettings for many years. I have always found them helpful and friendly when I have called up. Any repairs etc. have always been attended to.

Kings Lettings provide a great service for both landlords and tenants. As a landlord they have found me great tenants who have stayed for years. They are friendly and helpful. They have also helped my tenants find other property when they wanted something bigger.

As tenants we found them rude and very hard to work with. They charge high prices for very poor service. Written agreements are badly worded and they refuse to correct their mistakes. We are dreading the end of our tenancy when we will have to try get our money back.

Service was good at the beginning of the procedure, few glitches but nothing too serious. However, towards the end of our tenancy, there was little interest for what we had to say. Poor communication, squeezed as much money as possible out of us and they withheld our money for too long. Think their standards are slightly too high for the service they provide with regards to tenants.

Kings Lettings have let and managed my property for more than 10 years. They have always found me good tenants in a reasonable period of time and achieved me a good market rent. There have been very few voids. Having had a previous bad experience with a tenant I asked Kings to manage the property for me. They have taken the headache out of owning a rental property.
They have always provided an excellent and professional service at a competitive price.

Nice at first... then they get your money!
Pretty inefficient and rude once they have your holding deposit. As managing agents for property, things do get repaired / replaced... eventually. After a great initial impression, they have gone massively downhill.
One certain 'lady' in the office talks down to all and sundry... a good lesson in customer service is needed, she seems to think she should be renting to the rich and famous!!
